I purchased this water filter system to replace my old reverse osmosis system.
It has proved to be a great purchase, takes up far less room, very easy to install and produces good water. I was concerned about scale build up as we live in a hard water area, but this system is working well, no build up in the kettle or coffee machine. The bonus is the filtered water comes out at a good pressure, I'd highly recommend this system after having it for a few months now.

I absolutely recommend this company. I recently made a purchase of a filter along with a 3-way faucet, and the delivery was impressively quick, arriving within a week. However, there was an issue with the faucet; it turned out to be faulty. I decided to contact the company, and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response within just 30 minutes, even though it was a Sunday evening. Ellen from their customer service team was incredibly helpful. She promptly addressed the problem and arranged for a replacement, which arrived within a week.

This time, everything worked flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. The company's responsiveness and the quick resolution of the issue left me extremely satisfied. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate their service a solid 10. It's reassuring to know that there are companies out there that truly value their customers and provide such efficient support. I'll definitely consider them for future purchases

The ordering process was sleek and I received the product quickly.
It looks good and well made and would have been a great asset in my kitchen.
Unfortunately my worktop is stone and quite thick and the thread on the tap not long enough to secure it properly. It is a shame but the customer support was good .

Love it. Water is tastier with no smell at all. Already forgot what is to be constantly clean kettle.

This is a fantastic product! The taps fit well. I love the different settings. I particularly enjoy my first glass of water every morning, knowing I am starting my day better with this water filter!

I purchased the brushed chrome three way tap and filters. Very easy to install. I'm a DIY newbie too. I was missing a small connector but Ellen was incredible and replying to my emails at like 9pm at night!! Best customer service.

We live in Bedfordshire so the water is very hard. I've not really had an issue with the tap water though and been drinking it for ages. But now I have the filter... I can't believe what I've been drinking all this time!!!! It's shocking.

The filtered water tastes like bottled water. The tap water tastes awful. I never realised.

Just recieved our filter system and it was easy to install and takes up minimal space under the sink.
Too early to comment on reliability but it seems very well constructed.
Water tastes great and it feels good knowing that from now on we will have clean filtered water that isn't stripped of good minerals.

My neighbour kindly helped me to install the water purifier unit via a video chat using the owner’s guide. It fits well under my sink. I now don’t buy plastic bottles of water each day any more. I see this product as an eco-friendly solution. My family and friends can help themselves to fresh water anytime now, straight from the tap.

Now that I have my beautiful Bright Water purifier, I'm drinking much more water each day, confident that it's pure and healthy without toxins.

The taste is so much better than straight tap water. I'm enjoying pure, cold water and getting properly hydrated!

I have worried about the toxins, bacteria, viruses, chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals and limescale in the water supply (especially after seeing photos of the inside of pipes full of horrible gunk!) And buying so-called "spring water" in plastic bottles is not a good solution for health or the environment.

I've wanted a water purifier for years and finally found the perfect type.

The thin silver tap on my sink is neat and elegant. The slim unit of three cartridges fits nicely in my cupboard under the sink and is low maintenance. I only need two new cartridges every six months and one cartridge replaced every 12 months.

Ellen's service has been extremely helpful and friendly and the free installation by Michael went very smoothly. It's a relief to buy from real people in my local community who offer follow-up support if needed.

I had researched more expensive and more complicated purifiers and was so glad when I found this high quality, simple unit at such an affordable price.

Absolutely amazing stuff. Water is so nice and clean , no chlorine odour, my kids loves it . Got bit confused at the beginning with installation, but after watching videos on Bright Water official website everything become very easy. Highly recommended

I purchased the Brightwater filter and three way tap and I am really thrilled with them both. The filter has transformed the way our tap water tastes and it’s reassuring to know it’s filtering out harmful toxins and limescale before drinking. The three way tap is absolutely brilliant and makes washing up so much easier with the different pressures and descending nozzle.
