I was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2019 at the time I had about £600 on several items from them and was unable to pay the interest on them as unable to work through my recovery Jason and the whole team supported me way beyond anything I could of expected they froze interest and rang me to see how I was I am now much better and have after 2 years got my things back I really can't thank or praise them enough highly recommended and I thank the whole team always going above and beyond thank so much. paul

I cant praise the staff at Bristol Gold enough, always friendly and helpful, never treated any differently whether you go in to buy something or to pawn something they take their time and put you at ease. The best gold shop in Bristol without a doubt.

So kind and helpful always respectful Jason round a great shop with a laid back non judgemental attitude.
When I was recently admitted to hospital for a while I would have lost years of course work and data had they not kept hold of my laptop despite me not being able to get to them to pay the extension fees.
The interest is reasonable and everytime iv been there anything iv asked had bin honest and concise.

Just to mention they do buy and sell electronic goods. Those on sale we fairly priced. In addition there were new goods for sale at good prices. For example iPad cases for £5. Thank you very much.
