Called into the store having previously called to confirm they would be interested in purchasing some gold coins. Having been provided with a quote they stated, however, that they couldn’t pay me because they had no money! By all account they had reached their overdraft limit. Not a great business plan for such a company. Disappointed and frustrated but a trip to the nearby IKEA store saved part of my day.

Great price on a Longines watch, as described, securely packaged. Very happy customer.

A busy store by the sounds of it but the customer service is second to none. Very excited to receive my order for Tomorrow & will update my review accordingly. Just want to say Dillon at bristol gold is a absolute G!! very knowledgeable about gold and silver, nothing is ever to much trouble for him. Always goes out his way to help you, in fact he goes above and beyond to make my experience a great one!! That’s why I keep coming back!! Give this man a pay rise!!

I went into store today and I was met by two very approachable members of staff I had an amazing offer on my jewellery and I put it towards an amazing solitaire diamond which I absolutely love.There was no problem with our transaction at all it was fair and seamless and also fair.I am one very happy customer.

Took some jewellery to Bristol Gold for a valuation. Kelly who created us with a smile sorted the gold into various parcels and processed them. A very good price was given compared with other jewelers. We accepted the price and the cash was transferred immediately.

Kelly was really knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to talk to. The price paid for our unwanted gold was set by the daily value but the difference was that we didn't have to send it off to somewhere in London and wait for a quote. Left fifteen minutes after we arrived with a wad of readies in the back pocket. Result. Wouldn't go anywhere else to sell gold at the correct price.

First time visiting Bristol Gold today. Phoned this morning with some questions and went to the the shop this afternoon to see Beth. She was really friendly and efficient; explained the whole process to me while she carried on with the job. In fact that was the same of all the staff who were dealing with all sorts of requests whilst I was being served.

Arriving with a few oddments of Silver and Gold I was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome from Kelly.
Kelly provided excellent service and good interactive skills.
Kelly conscientiously went through the scrap items and provided a prompt and very fair quote. Excellent all round service.

First time I’ve ever sold gold. But would definitely recommend and use again. The process was very easy and explained to me.

Jason is a real gem. My daughter (15) decided to put her ring on a different finger while at school. It got stuck and no-one could get it off. It swelled up, started throbbing, she was crying. I then had to trawl round Fishponds with her trying to get someone to help me so I didn't have to go to A&E. The Fishponds jewellers said the ring was Titanium (despite it being from Shein), that their equipment wouldn't cut through it and that I'd have to go to the fire brigade :-o. Then we walked into Bristol Gold and asked a cashier for help. She asked Jason, who was really kind and helpful. He used his ring cutter, although the metal was steel and it probably ruined the cutter. He cut through the ring and rescued my daughter, which meant I could drop her back to school and not worry any firemen (phew). I offered to pay for the ring cutter, but he didn't want anything in return, just for me to write a review, which I forgot to do earlier (sorry Jason). Although I'm not a true paying customer, all the staff I encountered were lovely and Jason is a diamond geezer, good as gold (I guess I'd better stop now). Thanks again, Jason :-)
