Went to Bristol Gold to sell a number of items of scrap gold. I had these items in separate bundles so took time to process each item. It was relaxed and friendly nothing was to much trouble. Big thanks to Kelly, very pleased.

An excellent experience in selling some gold and jewellery. Loved the banter with the staff, so easy to talk to and very professional in their assessment of my pieces. Excellent customer service and good experience all round. Purchased a Rolex and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. 100% recommended and will definitely be back. Delt with Dylan, Jason and James and they were fantastic!

Well presented business. Staff are really friendly helpful and patient. Especially Dylan he's a top bloke. Nice selection of jewellery phones and so on at reasonable prices. I highly recommend buying or selling here. 👍

I've sold quite a few pieces and found all the staff, very friendly and efficient. I first visited their old shop, and recently the new shop in Fishponds Road. For me, it's been a very positive experience, and I'll be back soon.
Note: they have customer parking too! Turn left after the store, and it's on the left👌

First time buying gold and silver, the staff member spent a good hour going through everything with us and giving advice, will be going back again soon.

Fantastic service. I had some inherited gold jewellery that I had decided to sell, having never done this before I was a little nervous but I needn’t have worried. Really friendly, efficient and honest staff.

Bristol gold is the best place to go to buy or sell stuff to as they do not rip you off like over shops do there so polite and treat you with respect x

I use Bristol Gold all the time and the service there is fantastic, the Manager James is extremely professional but also down to earth and will listen to your wants and needs and will always try to meet your expectations but no matter what the outcome you will receive the best advice possible along with the best option/offer available, all the staff there are friendly I’ve been served by them all over the years and they take pride in the fact they know the trade, you should feel good about yourself when you leave the store feeling you’ve got some money in your pocket or you’re grinning at your new shiny purchase!
