I definitely recommend Jason at Bristol Gold! I emailed out of hours not expecting a reply until the next day and he answered my questions and gave me a transparent quote. My husband sold to him the next day and even he said he that Jason was the nicest dealer he had spoken to - we had spoken to a few! Great professional service with transparent advice along with a good price - wouldn’t choose anyone else if I needed to in the future!!

Beware of this company. Very dubious sales practices.
Went to their old premises last summer and sold 2 gold chains. Whilst I was in the shop they also valued a 0.5 carat diamond gents ring at £500 I was looking to sell. I said I would think about it.
Today I went into there new shop with the ring and made out I was a new customer. I was shocked to be given a valuation of £220 by a guy in there with a black beard. I told him the company had offered me £500 last year! No more to be said. I will take my business elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting!!

The owner and most of the staff ( Jason and James) are extremely polite and helpful in dealing.
I would super recommend them for sale and purchase of items.
And there prices are always very fair and reasonable.

Outstanding customer service, genuinely nice people and try to accommodate as much as possible. Will use them continually whether it be for bullion buys and sells or for short term loans. First class company and Jason the owner is a true gentleman!!!

Bristol Gold are truly a wonderful and honest business. I have visited twice in the last month, most recently today to sell
Some gold and the whole process was made so easy and professional.

I have dealt with both Jason and Dylan and a couple of other guys who have all been really helpful and always very professional.

I was able to go into there safe private room to make the sale and I was paid within a couple of minutes with the best and most fair price I could have asked for.

I was even made a coffee and given delicious chocolate biscuits.

It’s in a great location also if you’re driving with loads of free parking in the surrounding roads.

I will hopefully be paying a visit again soon to purchase a phone.

I drove an hour and a half to get to them, but we’ll worth it for the very fair price I was given and the super service.

I was nervous when I read the words ‘pawn shop’ online, but trust me there is nothing to be worried about.

I honestly 100% recommend these guys with all my heart.

Visited Bristol Gold at the end of September, Jason spent over 2 and half hours sorting out a lot of gold and silver, our dad had left us, very professional and honest and gave us good prices, made a hard situation a lot easier thank you Jason

Really quick and easy sell - took some old Gold in, they checked it over, weighed it & gave me a quote I was happy with. I accepted and they paid the money straight into my account via bank transfer. All done & dusted within about 20 mins - brilliant service, would recommend & will use again :)

My Husband and I were very impressed, we were served by a very friendly member of staff who gave me a fair price for some jewellery that I wanted to sell.
I would certainly go there again in the future if I wanted to sell something and I would highly reccomend them.

Have used the shop many times and always a very warm and friendly experience, whether buying or selling both gold and silver I have always had fair deals. I visited Bristol Gold on Saturday to sell some unwanted jewellery, I found the staff very helpful and friendly, they offered to give individual prices and explained the rates, I was very happy with the amount I received.
