Finally, a trustworthy and user friendly jewelry insurance provider! provider

Brite co has been fabulous to work with from a retailers perspective! Very customer service oriented, and seamless and quick claim resolution. All of my clients I have reccommended to Briteco have been extremely satisfied! Stephanie in customer success, in particular, has been great to work with, extremely responsive and accommodating! Amazing Customer Service!

Stephanie Block and the team at BriteCo has been extraordinarily patient and helpful. Every transaction with the customer service team has been beyond pleasant; talking to this team harkens back to a different time when customer service seemed to matter.

I hope I never have to file a claim, but if I do, my interactions to date give me all the confidence in the world that the experience will be positive.

Satisfied Customer

I have been using Brite.co for some time now adding more watches along the way. The process has always been very fast and the Team is very responsive. I like the fact they take their work the extra mile and make sure, if possible, to accommodate Client's requests. I like wearing and enjoying my watches knowing that if something bad would happen I have my back covered. Luckily I never had the chance to experience filing a Claim.
I did some extensive research before insuring my watches with them. Brite.co has probably the most competitive price/quality ratio on the market and I am happy I did chose them. A special mention to C.B . - Dir of Customer Success and all her Team for helping me insure my last "gift to myself" ;-)

BriteCo is the best

BriteCo is the best. I highly recommend. My previous jewelry insurance doubled my rates. BriteCo gave me the same coverage for half the price. Great option to protect an engagement ring and valuables!

Love them - highly recommend

I have been using Briteco for almost 4 years now. The process to sign up for insurance was easy and I have had no problems.
It is nice to have my jewelry insured by jewelry experts and keep it off of my home owners insurance.
