After having a problem with pigeons nesting under our solar panels and reading reviews we opted to use British Bird Control to solve the problem.
The team were first class , very efficient and informative on the work involved.
The team were very clean and tidy , nothing left behind.
The good news is the pigeons have now moved on.
I would definitely recommend this company if you have a similar problem.

Delayed from original date because of weather but company kept me informed. Today two lads arrived at given time. Carried out the work which took about an hour. Did everything they said they would, cleaned up. Polite and cheerful. Explained exactly what they had done. Highly recommend them.

Honesty and integrity are the most valuable qualities when engaging people to carry out work that you know nothing about. I can vouch that this company has these in spades. Original team arrived to carry out the work only to find a problem with the original installation of my panels. On this basis, they were reluctant to proceed. I had solar panel specialists take a look but in current climate no one had the time to resolve, they did confirm that the problem was not as significant as originally suspected. In desperation, the pigeon problem also now affecting my neighbour, I asked British bird control to go ahead anyway. The second team arrived and completed work swiftly and efficiently and managed to work around the issue. I am so grateful to be now rid of my unwanted lodgers.

The company kept me informed and up to date with emails. The guys arrived when they said they would, kept me informed of what they were doing on the roof-if there were any problems with the roof or panels. All in all an excellent company.

Having gone through several years suffering the horrible gabbling noise of the pigeons on my rood and the nesting material and bird defication on the patio seats I was in a desperate mood to eliminate these things once and for all, having already had a couple of cowboys promising to rid me of the pigeons and over charging me yet producing no results. I contacted British Bird Control in August this year and last week the team turned up and fitted the strong mesh around my panels and, hey presto, pigeons no longer have nests under my solar panels and the noise has gone. They still come back and attempt to get under the panels and they squabble among each other in frustration. This company is reliable and offer a 10 year guarantee on their work and I'm satisfied that if my problems recur next year they'll come to my rescue again.

We are really pleased - from the prompt & in-depth responses to our initial enquiry to the fitters who attended our home yesterday. The fitters had to work in challenging conditions in our street (workmen, burst water main, gas services etc) & nothing was too much trouble. Great service from British Bird Control. We just had them install bird proofing on our solar panels. The communication with the office was good, and the installers were professional and efficient. We have 1930s roof tiles which are quite brittle but no damage caused. Excellent work and a good price!

In particular, I appreciated how they explained the process before starting
and provided a useful summary at the end of the task. Their application and
diligence could not be faulted and they were polite and made sure the
