I came to British homebuyers after unsuccessfully using two named high street estate agents. The difference from day 1 with British homebuyers was a breath of fresh air. From the first conversations with both Molly’s it was clear that this was a team working wholly on my behalf. Alex was excellent and his level headed approach and his transparency in explaining the intricacies of conveyancing put me completely at ease. He always said we were his client and he was working for us. Having that collective and transparent process in our corner certainly made the whole experience less stressful. They work in a different way to the standard high street agents in that they are always there and always supportive from everyone involved in their internal chain. I cannot thank the whole team enough in selling my house and it’s hard to single out any one person as my encounters with all those at British Homebuyers was nothing short of perfection. Thanks again to the whole team and I am already recommending using British Homebuyers who anyone who asks me!

Alex at British Home buyers was really helpful from day one with viewings on the property- up until keeping our buyer on board. He provided regular updates and always was available when needed speaking to.

We had a very bad experience with one of the estate agents who didn’t do anything to find me a buyer for 6 months and got to know about British Home Sellers. I was very scared to sign another contract with any estate agent, but signing up with BHS was the best thing I did. They found me a buyer within a month. Wished I came across them before. I was putting my house in the market with other estate agents and there are no offer at all. Then i received a letter from British Homebuyers and give it a try. Now my house is sold. So i would recommend people to use this service when you try to sell a house. the downside is only you have to open the house for the buyer, no staffs can hold the keys for you.

we tried various estate agents over the course of 12 months with no offers so tried british homebuyers,within 4 weeks we had sstc.Although the process of completion took several months Rob kept us informed and answered any questions we had quickly.we wouldn't hesitate to use them again as costs are the same as most estate agents.

I thought they were great. My property was under offer within a few days.
Once under offer, they really did an excellent job of always being available, and always reaching out to keep me updated.

I had previously tried to sell my house through a high street estate agents. I was noticing there was no progression. Then I heard about British Homebuyers and contacted them. The staff there were amazing and made the process stress free and communicated well throughout the whole process. They quickly arranged viewings and were respectful about timings due to work commitments. Was kept informed all the time. There was no hassle and everything went very smooth. The house was on initially with another agent for several weeks but failed to sell. British Homebuyers managed to sell it quickly and generated viewings. I would recommend them and I would use them again.
