British Homesellers were fantastic, they communicated very well. Whenever you spoke to someone on the phone they were all in the loop. Alex Clendon was individually brilliant, he was very patient with my questions and ahead of the game with information! Also, suggesting their solicitors who were also fantastic and in the closing stages it was evident how amazing both companies actually are. I would highly recommend British Homesellers to anyone!

Our experience was the complete opposite of what was promised. British Home Buyer presented us with very confident assurances, offering specific sale prices tied to strict timelines: £725k within 7 days, £745k in 3 weeks, and around £775k within 3 months. They repeatedly stated they had a large network of investors ready to purchase properties in our area, and these assurances were even provided in writing.

What actually happened was deeply frustrating. There was no sign of any investor activity at all. Instead, the property was simply listed on Rightmove like a standard estate agency listing, with no progress, no viewings, and no results that matched what we were told to expect.

The gap between what was promised and what was delivered was significant, and the process felt like a complete waste of time. I would strongly urge others to be extremely cautious and not rely on assurances without independent verification

Well, what can i say, it's been an absolute pleasure to deal with such lovely professional people, Alex Clendon is amazing, nog only does he genuinely seem to care, he also goes the extra mile to help.
Its been an emotional roller coaster selling my parents bungalow and after having such an awful time with a high street agency, using British Homebuyers has been a breth of fresh air. Highly recommend!!

From beginning to end BHS were great. My initial contact, Sabrina was very informative and professional. Robert Love took on my case and kept me well informed all the way along. When BHS found a buyer, everything was straightforward. Robert liaised with my buyer and me and kept me in the loop all the way along. There was no ambiguity or miscommunication. Moving day was stressful, but Robert kept the communications between myself, my buyer & the solicitors.

A very stressful time for us as my Mother was living 50 miles away from us and we had lost my dad and needed Mum to be near us as she’s not getting any younger sadly.
We used general estate agents to try and get mums flat sold asap. This was a very long process with very little communication and not many responses for people to come and view the property.

Mum had a leaflet about British Home Buyers and we were a bit skeptical at first as not heard about them.
This was the best decision we ever made. Robert Love dealt with our sale from start to finish as was so very patient with us as I had to deal with all the communication as my Mum is deaf. Due to my working hours I’m not able to use my phone but Robert was fantastic and would leave messages for me to respond to. We put the flat on the market with them in April and by June it was sold and Mum finally got her dream come true and she now lives 2 minutes away from us.
I would highly recommend this company and certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After agreeing on a price the house market dipped! So we had to wait for the market to pick up and lowered our selling price. Not quite as expected (time wise) but the communication from Robert and Hanna was fantastic via phone, text and email. We would use them again.

I had a great experience selling my house with British homebuyers.
Potential buyers were available quickly and viewings arranged. There was really good communication at every stage and the sale went smoothly.
Amy Holt did a great job in keeping the buyers solicitor on their toes and moving forward when things seemed to slow down.
Charles Gale was absolutely amazing during the process, even calling and messaging on his days off to keep me informed. I can't praise him enough, he was a fantastic guy.

Sold my house with homebuyers, Could not fault them one bit from the initial meeting with Hannah and Helen everything went great we were then introduced to Robert has our co-ordinator and i must say he went above what was expected keeping us updated and even keeping us updated about my own solicitor, brilliant service.

Although we didn't get a sale from BHB due to circumstances our end, the service we received has been brilliant. My first contact was Angel who explained everything to me and was very patient with me when I kept phoning for some more information. The team have been friendly and always phoning me to update me on any viewings. Thanks to Alex, Charlie and Tom who have been exceptional.
