Not the range of colours I thought I would have, but easy installation and my daughter is very happy and says it has made her bedroom makeover.

The lighting came damaged on one of the strips with loose wire. No attempt was made to replace the faulty item. Instead was offered a 10% refund on the cost of the lighting. The company would rather wash their hands of your complaint with a poor attempt of a refund rather than ensuring you have a fully working product and a good customer experience. Poor show all round.

Came faulty so tried to get hold of the company to resolve, let’s just say it would be easier trying to get in touch with elvis. As you can see from the picture there’s a segment of leds that don’t work

Didn’t receive my item and nobody emailed this item is out of stock… for refund asking me to wait for 2-3 months or put fill a form in which they ask my bank details including cvv number I found it scam Be careful before ordering

Purchased these lights which are good only issue is the cables that go into the black box just aren’t long enough

Good quality product delivered on time. Only quibble, I had to extend the cables as they were not long enough to hide but not realy a big problem.
Long length cables are too short and they are not tight to gaps in slats , no instructions in box although fairly easy to understand
I slipped up by not planning in advance before using adhesive to secure panels but the final effect is still very pleasing. Used the lights to brighten up a dark corner.
Fantastic quality
Well one off the lights don’t work properly and the remote control is missing
Ok so effect of the lights is brilliant when fitted ,but , the light units dont actually fit tightly so I needed dup putting 2 strips of masking tape on the backs to bulk out the bit that is supposed to stop them slipping. Also the cable are very short really could be about 2 foot longer as we have had to fit the control box half way up the wall with duct tape . A real shame but again overall effect really good
Never got this order, along with other orders. Have called (mail box full) emailed (no response). Hundreds of pounds spent and journey company booked and nothing!!! Do not buy from them. Now contacting my bank to try and claim my money back.
