Shocking product. Not plug and play - far from it. Much better product available via Amazon at a fraction of the price. Such a shame as the wooden panels from BHD are top notch and great value for money - it's criminal for them to be offering such an inferior lighting option. BHD would be best bulk buying the superior products available on Amazon and rebranding them as a BHD lighting kit. I will be returning these lights and asking for a refund.

1 of the lights were not working wen I got them but I got a electrical engineer to fix it the remote control dus not work the lights are still on a bright setting that is not is not good to have on to long and I. Can't get the appt to work it from my phone

I bought this led light and on website showing there is app I can control the light and change the colour but there is no instruction in box and no app details also bad customer service they don't answer the phone.

Lights arrived in a damaged box. The lights themselves are damaged and bent. Tried to contact the company to ask for return and refund and had no response. Tired to call several times and the number is unable to take calls. Can’t recommend

Should come with some clips to help fix to the slat walling. Didn't receive any in the 3 boxes I bought. If they are a separate item to order then it wasn't very obvious how to

The led strips are narrower than the slat spacing with no means of attaching it to the board. The leads are very short Although they are supposed to be app controlled there is no mention of how to connect. And your customer service is absolutely terrible, no way of talking to anyone and you don’t reply to the messages I leave on your face book adverts. Want to return these but can’t get through to you to organise 😡

Quality of product not as expected, do not buy from this company as trying to return an item is shocking, they make it very difficult ie £40 courier charge to return.

Too flimsy, and not enough cable to be able to join all lights

They look fab. Very lightweight and fit the panels well. However knocked off points as the individual lights had quite short leads. The unit is on a longer lead but it did mean we had to place them as we could, rather than exactly as we would have liked. They look good.
