Never got this order, along with other orders. Have called (mail box full) emailed (no response). Hundreds of pounds spent and journey company booked and nothing!!! Do not buy from them. Now contacting my bank to try and claim my money back.
They are not stay fitted between the panels slats, you have to improvise something yourself. The worst part is the company doesn't answer to emails or phone, so think twice before to purchase from them what are you doing if your order don't arrive or have wrong products or missing items, etc Definitely I don't recommend
These light sets off the wall so good and very reasonable priced and good quality

Hi, I’ve now received multiple emails asking me to rate the product I ordered, even though it hasn’t actually arrived yet. This is the second or third request so far. At the moment, the only thing I could realistically rate is the delivery experience, which unfortunately hasn’t been great. The only delivery option available at checkout was express, which I paid for, yet it appears the order may take around three weeks to arrive. If this had been clear at the time of ordering, I probably wouldn’t have placed the order.
Good afternoon guys thank you for sending my wood panelling which is extremely good value for money but unfortunately the led lighting is absolutely shocking it doesn't fit and the Leeds are far to short can I plz have a full refund onto my card please kind regards james Edmunds
Advert totally misleading people into thinking they change colour . There just cool white and can only have the brightness turned up and down .
Haven't received the items despite being told a 2 to 7 day delivery nationwide. And having paid there premium delivery fee!!!.When I have tried to contact the company there as been no response.
Still have not been delivered and no reply to any emails !!! Very disappointed with after sales
Not good wire is too short not enough
The product did not arrive with the panels and despite several emails to the company, I have heard nothing back. I shall continue to try and contact the company as £99 is a lot of money to lose
Not received my fucking order
Flimsy plastic far too expensive for what they are and do not fit in slats properly they keep slipping down so need sticking with something and wires are not long enough so you need to buy extra wire and start messing around with re wiring which is a bit much considering the price of them wouldn’t buy again could probably get better from Temu at a fraction of the price
Paid for lighting kit, didn’t receive it, emailed to find out why ? Had no contact from seller

This company has disappointed me so very much, I saved hard for the items that I ordered, and after taking a day off work and a loss of earnings waiting in on the delivery date the 7th of February, I still haven’t received my order I have tried to find a contact number to speak to someone about this matter, and all you can do is email, personally I wanted to speak to somebody directly to be reassured Where is my order??????
The lights are super bright but like everyone else says you’ll need to add some 2core wire to the existing fittings depending where you want to place them. Remote easy to use but do need something to stop them sliding down. Overall worth the money if you’re happy to add wire
Not provided with enough wire for the strips. And no wire at all for the plug. Poor
