You've got more chance of seeing a Unicorn than getting a decent deal through this website. £24 for a few months and then jumps to £43+ and that's for very poor speeds. Absolute madness.
Very disappointed with this company. I am looking for broadband for my elderly mother, the first girl I spoke to offered me a £100 M&S voucher, I rang back (after speaking to my mum) to confirm I wanted to go ahead and was told no such offer exists.
They offered me a good deal with Sky on the proviso that an engineer will help her set everything up (she’s 90). It turned out that no engineer was booked, they got her DOB wrong so it was a nightmare to pass Sky security and they gave me the wrong install date.
Really poor.
Don't waste your time with deals that offer a voucher or any reward for purchasing its basically a scam, the whole process is backwards and makes no sense.
This website is just a clone of every other deals website, this one displayed some better deals if you consider rewards but again, pretty much impossible to claim them.
I was amazed with the level of service. Usually, online services are difficult to use; and the agents are most of the time not nice. But, the agent I spoke with was really helpful. I had a very good experience.
