I used BroadbandGenie two years ago to change my broadband supplier and was very pleased with the £105 Amazon voucher I received, I have again purchased my new broadband through BroadbandGenie, but I am a little concerned at some of the critical reviews of them, that I have read on other review sites, so lets see, I have awarded three stars so far on my new review and If I have a positive result and get the £90 Shell broadband voucher, offered, I will update my review and change the rating to five stars.
Update: 14/12/2023
BroadbandGenie asked me for the my order number and personal details, which I gave them.
They have come back to me and said the voucher is nothing to do with them, even though that was part of the broadband offer/deal offered by them.
Update: 29th April 2024.
Charlotte from BroadbandGenie said that Giftcloud had tracked my purchase of Shell Broadband and not to worry, as my voucher would be forthcoming within the 120 day vaildation period, this has now passed and I am still worried as I have not received my £90 voucher ! 😟 I purchased the broadband from the BroadbandGenie website, so hold them ultimately responsible, I am going around in circles with each blaming the other ! So come on BroadbandGenie, man up and get this sorted.

Third time lucky... calling the helpdesk was the only thing that worked for me
7/9/23: Applied for Shell Energy BB and registered online with BB Genie at the same time to claim my £85 Amazon voucher.
26/11/23: Their online Voucher Tracker has no record of my application (despite my screenshot from 7/9/23 showing otherwise), so when prompted I entered my details so that they could investigate and get back to me.
24/11/23: BB Genie have not got back to me so I left a voicemail with them to call me back and left a written formal complaint. Less than one hour later they got back to me and explained that the Voucher Tracker is broken and doesn't forward to them details to investigate. I was also told that the initial applications may not work. However my details were taken again and I was promised it would take 2 to 3 months for my voucher to come through.
20/12/23: My voucher email has arrived and I've now turned it into an £85 credit on my Amazon account.
In total took over 100 days to get the voucher

I was under the assumption that we'd resolved your issue of the sale not having tracked (which we have no control over - it is usually due to your cookies or data settings).
We also very clearly have a message on the online contact form stating that it isn't working and to contact us directly instead.
You contacted us directly for the first time this morning over email and over phone, and I got back to you within the hour with a solution.
If your sale had tracked correctly, the average wait time would still be running regardless, so you won't have to wait any longer than you would have done for your voucher regardless of the tracking issue.
This is all clearly stated in our T&Cs emailed to you on your date of purchase and is included in the screenshot you sent us.
As I said before, I understand your frustration with the wait time and with your sale having not tracked, but please understand we have no control over this whatsoever.
I'd really appreciate it if you'd consider altering your review.
I look forward to being able to get your voucher sent out.

Bought Shell fttp Broadband through Broadband and received a £100 Amazon voucher. It takes 3/4 months to get your voucher but they send you a link when it's time to receive it.
