Fantastic service
Fantastic service, got excellent broadband with Three at a very good price and a £50 gift card. Thanks also to Adam who quickly answered an email query, their team literally responds within a day! I’d recommend Broadband Genie to anyone.

The world’s worse, just like second hand car dealers. I made a simple enquiry that I ask for on email . I’ve received between 5/10 phone calls daily for the last few days. I even blocked there numbers and they just use another number, Dreadful dreadful company.

You’re absolutely right that using just a postcode may not always yield the most accurate results. We are aware of this limitation and are committed to enhancing the accuracy as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend using our main broadband comparison tool, where you CAN enter your full address. This will provide you with the most precise and tailored results. We appreciate your patience and your input as it helps us improve our service.
No Voucher
Signed up with Shell Broadband on the pretence of receiving a voucher. Chased this up after hearing nothing after a couple of months of the service. Got an email reply from a Charlotte saying this usually takes 90 days. This was in July 2023 and we're now in May 2024
I can only assume this is a scam or you're forced to jump through numerous hoops to get what you signed up for. Either way - abysmal service

I have sent you an email.
The reason you did not receive a voucher is because Shell rejected your sale as it is attributed elsewhere, not with Broadband Genie. This means that you are most likely owed a voucher by another platform.
I really hope Shell can resolve this for you and point you in the right direction.
Please do let me know if we can be of any further assistance. When you manage to receive a voucher from another platform, I'd really appreciate it if you'd consider editing your review of Broadband Genie. Unfortunately we aren't able to do much when a provider rejects your sale.

I joined vodapone promised £120 voucher, Never received
I joined vodapone and was promised £120 voucher, I have chased the several times a month. The code they said I had, never worked. It turns out that the code they gave me was used on amazon by me 4 years ago. When I joined a different ISP, So, looks like the special offers, once you have had one from Broadbandgenie, you cant get another one for a different ISP
