I have no confidence or trust at all for this service unfortunately. After billing me through my card they suddenly sent an invoice for 22 NOK that I would have to pay through IBANN (50 SEK fee for that) with no other info on why they suddenly wanted payment through invoice. When I tried to log in I did not come in with my browser saved password so had to reset which was a bit difficult because it did not accept the numbers I had received as customer numbers.... so now I have received an invoice that I have no idea why I have to pay, and I have no trust whatsoever for this service provider. There were many providers for toll payments - I took a chance on Brobizz- and I am now certain I chose the absolute worst one....

Use Øresunds bizz, their service are 10.000 times better (unfortunately, Brobizz are blocking for making contract with Forsea with an øresundsbizz)

Unwilling to guide, Inefficient in solving issues, some staff do not know the term "customer service" and hang up on you even you are treating them with good manner.
No customer support !!!
The customer service page and opening hours page are both inaccessible. There is absolutely no way that one could ask for any support or explanation! Price can be a good starting point but if I get even one competitor then I will switch without delay.
It is unimaginable in a Danish context but it is the reality. Horrible!

I was home (Denmark) for the past 6 month self quarantine. then Brobizz charged me for being in Norway which country I have never been. when I called them, they said they can see it was a mistake. but I never got back my money which they stole from my bank.
Even no problem with the credit card…

My bank has checked and there was no rejection of payments
They don't care and listen to customers
