Think of it as a spa day for your bike – we strip it down, give it a good wash, and make it look and perform like new.
Once you complete the purchase, we will dispatch an empty box for you to pack your bike. After packing your bike securely, we've got the logistics covered. We'll arrange for a courier to whisk your bike away to our factory workshop.
Our factory-trained mechanics work their magic, swapping out all of the components which typically experience a high level of wear: the sprockets, chain, cables, brake pads, tyres*, and seat sleeve. Additionally, we thoroughly clean your bike, ensuring it not only rides well but also looks great.
Once the courier collects your Brompton we will return your freshly tuned bike back to your door within 11 days. We're all about efficiency and excellence. Trust our crew of skilled factory-trained mechanics to give your bike the care it deserves. The quality of the Brompton premium service was genuinely unbelievable, so much so that I was convinced they'd just sent me a new bike. The attention to detail is just incredible, they've replaced the chain, the brake pads, all the cabling is neat and tidy and it's SO CLEAN. This team really went above and beyond, replacing parts not even listed in the service but that had been damaged in a couple of accidents I'd had. You can tell this team really care about their customers, and their products. If I could give more than five stars I would.

While the premium service appears expensive initially, the service was very good and provides excellent value for money, especially as they replaced many parts with no additional charge and the bike came back almost like new. Communication could’ve been a bit better as the bike was returned before I was ready for it (I was on holiday) but the pick up and delivery were super convenient and there’s very little to complain about. Overall I would highly recommend this for anyone with a tired Brompton!

£275 may seem a bit steep but when you factor in what you get, it’s a bargain. They collect and drop off and I was without my bike for 6 days. They replaced so many parts including my tires and the bike was returned as new. All included in the price. Will definitely use this service again.

I truly believe that the people who left the other reviews here did genuinely receive the Brompton Pemium Service: unless their interpretation of 'premium' differs from my own...my experience was very different...I won't be using the premium service in future...sorry : (

Appears to be very good value for money. The box they sent you took quite a while to arrive, though that was more down to the courier than Brompton. After the service the bike was despatched and arrived very promptly. I got more than I expected out of the service (new mudguard plus other bits). I was very disappointed when my bike arrived that the front tyre was flat. Attempted to inflate and it won't hold pressure. I did wonder if their claim of a thorough test ride before they sent it back to me was true. Emailed Brompton about it but no reply. As such haven't been able to ride the bike as need to get new tube and replace it first.

The service provided was truly excellent. My old Brompton was restored to a condition that felt like new. It now rides very smoothly, and I am even getting to work faster than before! However, the bike was not returned within the 10 working days as promised on the website. The delivery was scheduled for the 11th (working) day without prior notice, resulting in the bike arriving when I was not at home. UPS completely refused to redeliver, so I had to collect the large box from the local depot myself. Ultimately, my bike was returned after three weeks, not two as expected.

This is a brilliant service. It may seem pricey at first, but when you realise the value of the parts and labour that you get, it quickly becomes clear that this is a sound investment. Your bike will indeed be returned to you like new, you’ll receive a list of all the work done, and you’ll probably find that more has been done on top. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend this service enough from delivery of the box for packaging to getting the bike back again. My 9year old, secondhand, Brompton was in need of a lot work and attention. The bike was almost completely refurbished, newish crank and arms and pedals, cables and frame catches, new tyres and trued wheels, chain, adjusters and handlebar grips as well as many other touches including new decals (which had been scrubbed off). Overall,at least an extra £400 worth of components and labour was all included in the price. I was told the rear hub may need replacing in the future but it’s working ok at the moment. All in all a fantastic service and all done in a week. Thank you Brompton. I will definitely be telling my Brompton pals.
