I can not recommend this service enough from delivery of the box for packaging to getting the bike back again. My 9year old, secondhand, Brompton was in need of a lot work and attention. The bike was almost completely refurbished, newish crank and arms and pedals, cables and frame catches, new tyres and trued wheels, chain, adjusters and handlebar grips as well as many other touches including new decals (which had been scrubbed off). Overall,at least an extra £400 worth of components and labour was all included in the price. I was told the rear hub may need replacing in the future but it’s working ok at the moment. All in all a fantastic service and all done in a week. Thank you Brompton. I will definitely be telling my Brompton pals.

The Brompton premium service is extremely simple to arrange and completely hassle free, with almost no effort required from yourself, and the postage and packaging being taken care of makes the process even simpler. The service call I arranged was professional but personal and felt more like a friendly chat than a business call. My Brompton was returned within a week of leaving and was thoroughly cleaned, tuned up and ready to ride. Having had a whole host of new parts fitted to it, many for free as a gesture of goodwill, it felt like it was brand new again. I highly recommend this service if you use your Brompton daily to commute to work in all weathers. I will definitely be getting my Brompton serviced again when required. If you have been thinking about getting your Brompton serviced, get the premium service, you certainly won’t regret it.

Amazing service by Brompton, picked up on a Friday before a bank holiday and returned the following Thursday. The bike really is like new - I thought it was quite expensive but on reflection seems very fair for what has been done. My only criticism is of the courier… UPS just left the bike outside my gate and the box has Brompton written all over it so I (or maybe UPS should!) feel very fortunate it wasn’t stolen.

I’ve been waiting for my bike to collected for the past week. DPD didn’t show up to collect it twice and said that they did but was informed that there was nothing to be collected. Huge inconvenience as I have been using public transport which is not ideal.

Brompton's premium service is well worth the £275. You don't even have to worry about getting your bike to and from their factory. It's stripped down, cleaned and rebuilt with new tyres, cables, grips, brake blocks, etc. They even true the wheels. Your bike is delivered back to you looking and riding like new!

The premium service was faultless. The box arrived within 2 days of payment. Packed the bike in the box and arranged collection. Delivered back to me within 10 days looking like a new bike. Nothing not to like and worth every penny.

It was pricey, but well worth it! I had a few issues with my bike that needed looking at and I wanted to combine this with a service. The bike I got back feels brand new, the level of care and expertise that have gone into fixing/servicing the bike I don't think I would have got anywhere else. If you can afford it, I'd definitely recommend the Premium Service.
