Brought the ultimate mattress, arrived in less than 4 weeks,very pleased with it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS. THEY ARE SUB STANDARD AND THE COMPANY HAS DODGED SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS BY SIMPLY CHANGING ITS REGISTERED NAME.

I purchased a mattress 1 year ago and the Mattress is basically unusable. I called for support but was told the company has changed hands and my warranty is now invalid.

Here is what I have taken from the situation.

- Staff were not able to confirm if any of the original
leadership team are now part of the new business

- The brand remains the same, the products remain the
same and the website remains the same

- The company has around 20% of customers rating 1
STAR, complaining about the quality of the product
yet continue to sell the exact same products

- This feels like a scam to get out of supporting this
volume of customers with faulty products

- If this was an honest business they would not
continue to sell the same products knowing the
existing issues with quality
(THIS BEHAVIOUR IS WHY I DO NOT TRUST THEM)

I would appreciate a response to these direct points but assume I will receive the same copy and paste response that the other 20% have received.

The response below was as expected, defensive and did not address any of my key points. Recent reviews being positive is not a surprise seen as it takes time for these products to become unusable yet you know this and CONTINUE TO SELL THE EXACT SAME PRODUCTS REGARDLESS. I'm sure these customers will also be back in touch soon.

To start ordering was easy delivery very prompt recycling the old mattress a little exspensive I had 2 guys deliver excellent service now the mattress very good product was told it was a very firm I found it was perfect for me as I suffer with my back highly recommend would buy again keep up the great work

Everything that was promised was delivered with great care and all dates were fulfilled as promised. I required some extra clarification on delivery this was provided by Leah in the office who could not have been more helpful.I can thoroughly recommend this Company they are the best, including their excellent delivery Company they use I am not sure I have chosen the right firmness mattress yet but will stick with it for the time being as I have 200 days to change it at no cost to myself.

The website was great and user friendly. I managed to get a great deal on my Ultima mattress. Up to date emails and texts throughout the order. And again fab delivery service. I had a call before delivery and the delivery guys were amazing very friendly.
The mattress it self is wonderful. Super firm comfortable and the best sleep I have had in years. Thank you.

This is the second mattress we’ve bought from Brook and Wilde- they’re amazing! The first was in 2020- the Lux. We both suffer from bad backs and are light sleepers. Not any more! It’s like sleeping on a cloud - you just sink, and I’ve found that I can now move more when I sleep and my back’s still supported. We’ve now received the Suprema for our spare bedroom, plus two Suprema pillows. Three different people have slept on this bed now and have all stated how comfortable it is- we’re thrilled!

I found the process to buy very straightforward. Support was available from staff- not a bot- when required. Mattress is great!

Fantastic service, first mattress was to hard after phoning customer services they arrange for another one slightly softer and its so comfortable. best mattress ever.

Easy website to navigate. Prompt delivery and kept informed of delivery time. Great product - I bought the Everdene Cooling Pillow as I already have one and don’t want to be without it when it is washed. It is expensive but worth it.

What a lovely company to deal with. My daughter had already purchased a mattress from Brook & Wilde and she loved it. My bed is outside of the normal sizes, but this wasn't an issue for the staff, who arranged for a bespoke mattress to be made for me and I still got the 60% off too. It is such a comfy mattress and so well made

We ordered the medium, but found it too soft, we will have to replace it with the firm. We are side sleepers 12st & 9st but found that the medium just didn’t support us enough. Every other aspect of the company has been brilliant.

Having happily slept on one of your Elite mattresses for a couple of years but now needing to change to a single bed in my new home, I ordered another the same. So far my experience has been the same, very comfortable

I originally ordered a medium firmness Elite mattress. It was delivered a little ahead of the estimated 4 week schedule. I choose the firmness rating after reading some independent reviews. After sleeping on this mattress for around a month I realised that I needed a firmer model.
The Brook & Wilde team were great when I let them know I needed a replacement. Between my original order and my follow-up contact with the company, they had released the Suprema range. I chose to upgrade to that model in a firm rating. This has been perfect. As a heavier person with some age related spine issues this mattress has been a great combination of supportive springs and comfortable foam layers.
From my experience you can expect great customer service from this company and a great product. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient.
For anyone who has never had this type of mattress, there are some things to know. First is that the mattress comes vacuum packed, the delivery guys opened this up, set the mattress on the bedframe and took away the plastic wrapping. It does take a few hours for the mattress to expand into its full plumpness. The second is that there is a smell to these mattresses when they are very new. The smell is strong the first day or two, it is not very unpleasant, but it is a strong chemical smell. This wears off over a few weeks, keeping your room aired with windows and doors open will help a lot. While this isn't great, I feel that a few weeks for the smell to reduce, in comparison with hopefully years of use, isn't too bad a compromise.
Here is to hoping that my investment in the Brook + Wilde Suprema continues to give me the best sleep I have had in a while.

I have just received my second Soft mattress from Brook + Wilde Sleep (Elite range). I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have tried so many mattresses over the years. This is the first one that has not only reduced my pain during the night, and on waking up, but has actually taken it away completely! So after 20 years of searching I have finally found the right mattress, hence also buying one for the spare room. I also want to say that the delivery team are simply amazing - very organised, on time and polite. Great products and service all round. Thank you!

Don’t use them their mattress’s are poor quality, customer service non existent. Used to be called Brooke and Wild but added the sleep when they went bust! Other reviews with photos have somehow managed to be removed!

I own a Perla mattress that has significant settlement in less than a year, don't waste your money

The mattress arrived within the time expected and the customer care has been great. Getting used to the bed takes a while after a traditional mattress but the initial sleeps have been very good up to now and its very comfortable without being too soft. Early days but its great up to now.
