Return send but no refund received & no response
Items received fine and they were great although one item was not suitable & I returned. Unfortunately I have never received my refund, I have paid for postage to send back & rang and emailed them but got no response and I am left out of pocket so far and it has been 4 weeks

SENT MY RETURN BUT BEEN IGNORED SINCE EARLY DECEMBER
I purchased a tracksuit and spoke to a few customer service representatives regarding a return as the sizes were too small, I followed all their terms and conditions, sent back the items via Signed For service and ever since they received the items they have been ignoring my emails for nearly over a month now (£480 value) when I had simple return enquiries they replied fast, as soon as they received the item back it’s like everyone forgot how to speak English or type back, it’s a real shame as I’ve been a previous customer of this company in the past and had an amazing experience but this time it is very concerning and unprofessional. I have sent 3/4 emails regarding this issue and still no success, I would like to know why I am being ignored?

Liquidation but still take money
Would give -100 stars if I could ordered from them product never arrived found out they have gone into liquidation so no one will get their items or a refunds they will happily take your money even though they’ve ceased trading no idea how some people in here have bought things from the website as it’s been offline since the beginning of January

Returned jumper almost 4 weeks ago. Paid £9 for signed for return.No confirmation of receipt and no refund yet. Website constantly down, phone number says unrecognised when I try ring and no reply to my emails. Extremely poor customer service- infact non exisistant. Will now raise it with my bank. Good job I returned it signed for as it was an £80+ item. Buy at your own risk

I placed on Order on: 22 December 2023, 21:37, and I didn’t get any message as to if my order is on its way or been treated, 2 Jan I sent an email about why my order hasn’t been delivered and I got a message about my order pending a review and it now seem to be cancelled on the 29th! Without any notice or reason as to why it was cancelled. I sent another email demanding why my other was cancelled and they replied that the system flagged my order and that to continue I should please provide us with a copy of your ID and a photo of the front of the card used to place the order showing the last 4 digits. Exactly what I did and up till today 25th Jan. I haven’t gotten a reply. And I just got a new debit on my card of $13.42, tell me why I shouldn’t call this site a scam‼️

Returned a parcel, tracked parcel today and it’s says no one is at the address. Tried all email address and no reply and no answering any of the phone numbers on the email. Sent back a pair of jeans worth £85 and now haven’t got a clue where they are.
