Paid for Titleist Jacket which took a long time to receive. The site suggests it is UK based but the jacket came from China. It is an obvious fake and the sizing guide on the site is completely different from the size I received (out by 4-5ins). To return you are required to pay and the cost back to China is about £14. This is an obvious scam in so many ways and they want you to feel that the cost of return is not worth it. Steer clear of this company!

Do not have a positive rate for Brown London....... Bought a jacket on Facebook , and I wish I had read the reviews ......... Jacket is no where near the quality or size its sold as, Cost back to China prohibits return . fingers burned, never again ... They are similar companies selling the same items under the same conditions as so called Brown London ..Be warned . Facebook should be offering protection against these scammers..........

Complete scammers, absolute rubbish products that look nothing like the pictures on the website. The most disappointing online buy this decade, all, but one of the items ordered went in the bin as they were so bad, didn't even consider a charity or poor collection, yes, they were that bad.

I have not sent them back as I fell for the "too good to be true" advert, but what is worse, is there are so many online shops "going out of business" or closing their store and they all have the same or similar products.

My strong advice is avoid these sites or face the delivery of the most appalling rubbish. It is, I am afraid to admit, a brilliantly run scam!

Oh how I wished I had found and read the reviews before I ordered from them I ordered two jumpers from them one for me and one for my grandson mine was too small and looked like it was knitted by blind women as for my grandsons I would be to embarrassed to put it on my dog it’s going in the bin needless to say lesson learned I will never use them again.

Ordered a jacket size 3XL and when it eventually arrived it had 3XL on the bag it was in, but 5XL on the label in the jacket. When I tried it on it was neither, it was XL at best. I was under the impression it was a UK company but then discovered it was in China and would cost nearly as much as I paid for it to return it. Never again will I buy from a FB or Instagram advert.

This company is a scam! Please do not spend your money here. They are not based in London they are not even in the UK. This is a Chinese outfit that is deliberately deceiving people into thinking it has high quality products. It took over two weeks for (only one item out of five) to arrive. The sad thing about it was that someone had opened the package and it was so shockingly bad that they just put it back in the torn up packaging and sent it on its way. Yes, truly, the stuff is that bad!

Nothing you receive looks anything like what you ordered. The leather items are NOT leather but plastic. The clothes are really bad quality and bear no resemblance to the pictures they are using. They are not closing down, there is no sale it is basically just a big massive con. Don’t say you weren’t warned. What is shocking is that Trading Standards and Consumer Rights appear to be allowing this to happen

Bought 2 waterproof Titleist jackets took a while to come but for price pleased with product, so then ordered some jumpers, small sizing, wrong size, rubbish quality. Emailed again and again for return form, not until said go to trading standards did I get a returns form, send back to China at what cost , will I get money back who knows, DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FAKES SENDING BACK A NIGHTMARE

I ordered a Jacket thru an advert on FB, something I wouldn't normally do, for £39.95 and RRP was £210, from Brown London, I checked website and seemed legit, however when it arrived, it was cheap tat and a horrible brown colour. So I decided to return and block any payment, Evri didn't recognize the Supplier so could return, eventually I found their address was CHINA and would cost about $2 or 3 dollars, NO it cost me £25 to return. SO PLEASE DON'T order anything from this company. I now see their having a closedown sale, DON'T be scammed

Ordered a.jacket. wrong colour. And had a very strong smell to it
As like a fishy smell sent email to them more than once they asked for photos of colour
I.did this got blue instead of black.never got a reply they.seem to use different names in front of--London they are officially a scam. Don't touch them.

I received a jumper with no labels on it which was too small . I asked whether a larger size was available and sent pictures clearly showing the sizes on the inch tape. I am still awaiting an answer for this and also I asked for an address to return it but again after six emails I have not had the curtesy of a reply. So much for the thirty day return service.By the way it took three weeks to arrive . Be warned.

SCAMMERS; but they even emailed a delivery update to say the goods were on their way. They make it really difficult to contact them, and need to be shut down before they steal money from anyone else

This company trade under several names. The same dress. Impossible to get a refund for shoddy goods. Not worth one star.

Awful company to deal with (Scam) Goods ordered did not arrive until after claimback charge through Paypal and when arrived was wrong size and inferior quality. Not acceptable, when further claim raised for refund was offered £2.99 or alternatively send item back to China for refund which would have cost more than item price. DO NOT USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS

All of these clothing sites with -London after the name appear to be the same scam site from China. always closing down always 39.95. I got caught 6 months ago by one of these. Am still stuck with 2 really rubbish bad quality jackets despite trying to return for refund. I have complained to Facebook about these adverts a number of times but they are still there!,

I saw their advertisement on Facebook.
Titleist Max Fit Jackets at a greatly reduced price and free postage and packing. I ordered an size XL.
The confirmation e-mail I received showed I had purchased one jacket postage free and a second jacket for which I was also being charged £4.95.
When I'd read the e-mail I sent them a reply saying I had only purchased one jacket and I wanted to cancel the second jacket and the postage.
This is the reply I received:

"Thank you for reaching out. We understand your request to cancel the second order; however, we would like to kindly remind you that the discount you received is part of a promotion that applies only when purchasing the second piece as well. This was clearly mentioned during the checkout process.

Additionally, we have a 60-minute cancellation policy, after which we are unable to cancel orders. Since your order has already been processed and is scheduled to be dispatched soon, we are unable to cancel it at this stage."

In the advertisement there was no mention of having to buy a second jacket.
The jackets are definitely not genuine Titleist.

Ordered a jacket, took a number of weeks to arrive, size all wrong. Cost £29.95..a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The website offers cheap, branded fashion items. Once you’ve ordered it turns out the delivery is from China. The items I ordered arrived but didn’t fit - the sizing guides on the website are way out.
I then tried to return the items as they have a “ no quibble 30 day return” policy. They haven’t responded to my request and I can only assume that it’s just a scam. The products are clearly fakes of poor quality. Don’t use this company.

Wouldn't even given them 1 star. Ordered 3xl Titelist jacket....obviously fake and 3 sizes too small. Cost of return prohibits return . Since I paid by PayPal I assumed I'd have some protection....absolutely not. Avoid this company at all costs
