The cup is quite solid as to it's structure. Holds the drink well. The push-cap is getting stuck on open. Hard to get it to unstick and seal the opening. Would really appreciate a simple lid without any extra mechanics that breaks easily. The ceramic bit is just metal that is coated in ceramic, rather then an actual ceramic insert. That was not clear from the listing. Delivery was fine. The jug came well packed. The jug is only used for cold kefir, don't know how the hot liquid would hold in there.
The outside of the jug is extremely slippery due to design. Very easy to drop.

We have ordered a travel mug that came with failed lid that would open and will not close again. They not only handled it all with having customer service in mind but also have sent a small mug as a present. Best recommendation because the big travel mug is worth all the trouble truly! Best ever travel mug that fits perfectly in the car.

Excellent products, and also a really great company. I had an unfortunate issue with my lid and they were so quick to reach out, apologetic, and replaced it immediately PLUS gave me a free gift as an extra 'sorry'. Plus the lid works amazingly now! They clearly care about their brand and customers. Been using their products for over 5 years now and would never look anywhere else.

It’s actually leak-proof! I’ve been loooing for one for ages that is leaf-proof and keeps my tea hot for a long time and this is perfect. Nice to drink from too 👍

I recently switched from stainless-steel travel flasks to Bru ceramic-lined cups, and I absolutely love them.

The biggest difference is the taste. My coffee tastes exactly as it did when it was freshly brewed, with none of the slight metallic flavour I sometimes noticed with stainless steel. Both cups I bought feel well made, keep my drinks warm and is now my preferred choice for coffee on the go.

I would highly recommend Bru to anyone who cares about preserving the proper taste of their coffee. I would definitely buy from them again!

Definitely the best coffee mug I've owned. Coffee stays hot for hours and tastes so much better than even stainless steel mugs. Seals tightly enough that you never worry when tossing the mug in a bag. Super happy with the purchase!

I absolutely love the mug, the ceramic coating is the best as your coffee will not get that metallic taste. The only thing is the lid. It is almost perfect but not quite. When you open and close it makes a big noise that in a mtng is not very convenient. also, there is a part that is difficult to clean. Other than that, the mug is amazing

What a fantastic travel cup! I was looking for a ceramic cup as the metal and plastic ones make the drink taste funky.
This travel cup has a ceramic lined inner which means your drink tastes lovely, and stays really hot too!
The cup shape is great as it fits in my car cup holder, the lid is brilliant with the press and drink from anywhere feature. It's easy to clean too and I have never been so happy with a travel mug!
You won't be disappointed :)

I recently ordered one of their travel coffee cups, but unfortunately, Evri delivered a completely empty box after someone seemingly stole the cup en route. Dealing with missing or tampered deliveries is usually a massive headache, but Bru made the entire resolution process completely faultless.

A special shout-out to **Ashley**, who personally handled my issue. From the moment I reached out, I received numerous prompt, warm, friendly, and courteous replies. Instead of making me jump through hoops or wait weeks for a courier investigation, Ashley immediately arranged for a brand-new replacement cup to be sent out, which arrived incredibly quickly. The travel mug is also an excellent product and I will be back for more- especially in light of such an excellent service experience.

Bru's customer service was outstanding throughout. It is so rare to find a company that looks after its customers this well when things go wrong. Love the cup, and absolutely love the brand—highly recommended!

Excellent company and product,I needed the top of bru cup replaced and they kindly replaced it for free of charge. Five star customer service very customer centric and with high quality product, they are the few with ceramic coating so no stale smell, or metali test, very sturdy cool looking, I love them so much I have two of there travel mugs now,

I purchased a travel mug for my husband and I and we absolutely love it! No issues with leaking at all and keeps the drinks hot. We did have an issue with the lids, but after reaching out to Ashley, our problem was quickly resolved! They have amazing customer service and do everything in their power to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Will definitely be purchasing more in the future for friends and family!

Bought a travel cup from them, the cup itself is great but delivery was slow, this company uses Evri for delivery which is a shame because I now have to avoid them. Would be 5 stars if you just used a better delivery company.
