My wife and I are both big fans of Brũ cups. They’re not only visually appealing but also keep our coffee and tea warm without affecting the taste. The ceramic coating is particularly impressive. However, we encountered a minor issue with the lid, but Brũ’s customer service promptly resolved it. Once the lid was fixed, I can confidently say that the lid design is fantastic!
Also take note that the Customer Service has been incredible. Quick response and solutions.
Definitely recommend Brũ for coffee and tea drinkers looking for a quality cup/tumbler.

We looked at lots and lots of travel cup options and these were the only ones we found that ticked all of our boxes;

- Stylish
- Not bulky
- Robust

- And didn’t impact the taste of our favourite coffees - turns out we weren’t quite right about this one, it actually makes our coffee taste much better!

I became interested in the Bru travel mug because I wanted a mug that had a ceramic interior that was also designed for travel, which the Bru travel mug is. The mug itself is excellent. Beautiful design, beautiful implementation of the travel mug concept, and functionally delightful to use.

I learned shortly after getting my mug that the lid had some issues. Ashley was immediately responsive via email, and remained so while the lids were redesigned and sent out. Having now received my new lid, I appreciate how Bru is supportive of their existing customers and products while still evolving and making their products even better than they already are.

I have been using my bru cup daily for over three years now, ever since the Kickstarter campaign, and I couldn't be happier. The quality is truly exceptional – even after all this time, it’s still perfectly intact and looks great. One of the best features for me is that it is truly dishwasher safe. I’ve put it through countless cycles, and it still performs perfectly without any loss in quality or insulation. It’s rare to find a travel cup that is this durable and easy to maintain. On top of the great product, the customer service is outstanding. They are friendly, fast, and really care about their long-term supporters. If you’re looking for a sustainable, high-quality cup that actually lasts for years, I highly recommend bru! 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After a bit of a hiccup initially, Ashley at Bru Cups rectified the situation quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the product. It works really well and keeps our coffee warm for more than 6 hrs!

Amazing cup! Super sturdy and stylish. I love the option to open a lid for cleaning. The interior is also very easy to clean so the cup doesn’t carry the usual smell of takeaway drink.
I had a small issue following the order and the team went above and beyond to remedy it.

An excellent product and well worth the purchase, that pays for itself at many coffee outlets. I’ve had this product for over two years, using it daily multiple times and it has never failed me! It keeps the drink warm for ages and is very ergonomic. The great feature too is that it doesn’t impact the flavour of your drink and is extremely easy to clean. Thank you for a great product.

Genuinely doesn't feel like drinking out of a travel cup, but it's safe enough for me to have hot drinks around my little one. So glad I waited for the purple to be back in stock too! Fabulous communication from customer services too, they seem like a really lovely company.

Got the no spill cup on Kickstarter and my girlfriend uses it all the time, especially when she is in the car. Works perfectly! No spills and it keeps it hot. Cleans up nice. What more could you want!?

I brought this cup via kickstarter and I was like a lot of people, frustrated by the delay, but it was worth it as i now have the perfect travel mug. After having tried others, that leak or are uncomfortable to drink from, or don't keep the drink warm, this cup has it all, leak proof, a ceramic lining which means the drink doesn't strain or taint, a nice cup to handle and you can drink all the way around the rim without spillage, well done Bru you nailed it.

I bought travel mugs from kickstarter. firstly I pledged in May 2021 - early birds (expected delivery August) . Expected outstanding quality. As usually with kickstarter it delayed by like a year. my travel mugs are, well, average at most. I've got 3 mugs from Bru and single Contigo (2 years old, cleaned in dishwasher every day and once in a while lands in Cafiza to deep clean it) and as a delivery driver I put them to the test everyday. Today the day started as usual - quick aeropress to wake up and 2 lattes to go(one in Bru one in Contigo). I put the same amount in both mugs - filled them up with same liquid (espresso time difference round 2 minutes milk frothed in one jug just split between the 2). First impression- Bru mugs are not holding temperature nowhere near as good as Contigo. Secondly the lid feels cheap - really cheap. The Lid is oval shape not round - doesn't cover the white edging (especially visible on black/navy coloured mug), it doesn't leak but you can feel the edge around it and the "joint" between lid and base it gets warm in all 3 Bru's I own - that's where the heat escapes and my mug didn't hold heat for my first 4 hours. Coffee was luke warm in Bru (after 2 hours) , while in Contigo still nearly hot after the same amount of time of drinks sitting in them. It wasn't really cold outside I'd rather say that my van was warm (round 20-22 degrees celcius). If I could choose I'd return them for a refund as for the same kinda money I could get stainless steel mugs that I can chuck into dishwasher treat them like S***t and they still hold to the beating while providing good results. If you're thinking about buying travel mug I'd wait a bit an see for other people to comment as mine are simply a dissapointment.

I ordered my travel mug in October 2020 (YES, you read that right) with an initial estimated delivery of mid- 2021. Since then, they have kept pushing forward the estimated delivery date (now Feb 2023) and sent out few to no emails to customers to update them about these continuous delays... Not very professional. Shame because on paper the products look great

12 Nov 2022 - I submitted my order for Bru Cups and my credit card was debited. A delivery period of 2-4 days was advised in the acceptance email.

28 Nov 2022 - In the absence of any communication from the company, I sent an email to chase for an update on a delivery date. The website suggests that emails are normally answered soon after one day. I appreciate this is a busy time of year but bearing in mind my original order date I was hopeful of a timely update.

3 Dec 2022 - still no response from Bru Cups (yes, I have checked my spam folder) so I have emailed for a refund.

This is the perfect coffee cup! This will forever be my favorite travel item. Such an amazing product!

I love my bru cup! It looks stylish and keeps my coffee hot for hours. I’ve also used it with cold drinks in hot weather and it’s keeps the drink cold for the whole day. Delivery was quick and the cup was well packaged. Very pleased with my purchase.
