This is the most corrupt platform out there. I have been liquidated 80% of the time, while other platforms only 12%-15%. Every time I get in touch with C.S. they give me instruction on how to deposit fiat. The CS team tries to humiliate you and try to make you feel inadequate. My position was just closed because it got too close to the liquidation price. This is ridiculous and the fourth time it's happened in 3rd time it's happening in 2 days. Unacceptable behavior from customer service and just straight up crooks on btcc. No wonder they need to partner with basketball players, they're probably going broke and with these practices it would not surprise me. Do not do not do not do not waste your money on this platform it is absolutely horrible.

Futures traders beaware of thees shiny exchanges where the entice with bonuses that have unwithdrawable profits(You can't withdraw you profits)
But the real thing I want to talk about is their liquidation requirements(min required margin + forced liquidation fees) which are 2x bigger than Binance's and Bybit's.

Do not trust their notifications system and do not trust them. Put your money elsewhere. Just not here!

Horrible horrible horrible crypto platform. These good reviews are bots. Don’t believe what you read. They let you deposit using your debit card but then tell you, you can only withdraw your funds using crypto. If it’s your first time making a deposit, they hold your money for 24 hours and tell you it’s to protect your assets. B******t!!! This platform is also very complex when it comes to trading crypto. ITS SETUP FOR YOU TO MAKE A MISTAKE SO YOU CAN LOSE YOUR MONEY FASTER! Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. I made one deposit and am now waiting for this waiting period to be done so I can withdraw my money and completely close the account. I’m done with crypto altogether.

I deposited money via my debit card. The deposit went through instantly. I purchased some crypto and requested a withdraw to my hardware wallet. Even though I had already done the KYC they said that transaction is suspicious and requested more documents. No matter what I provide they say it is not enough. For example they say I have to provide a bank statement with my debit card number on it! No bank would ever do that. So they will find some non sense to hold your money. And the charge on my debit card show as "Makia Online" which is an online clothing shop! This exchange is a total scam.

They have a scam called copy trading that they create fake bots with no stop loss limits to steal your money. Thats all they will do is scam you out of money! Also warning using any kind of leverage can wipe you out so fast you will eventually get liquidated. They dont tell you if you click reverse direction of your trades it costs $5 every time so without realizing it you will end up racking up so many fees in this high stakes casino.

Please be careful of scammers. I transferred money twice from BTCC to ShakePay and Crypto.com, but the transactions were unsuccessful. When they refunded the money back to BTCC, the funds disappeared.

I deposited $50,000 on BTCC.com after completing KYC and traded actively, earning 4,408.35 USDT. On July 6, 2025 I requested a withdrawal of 54,408.35 USDT via the TRX network, but after more than 48 hours I only received 49,999.2 USDT despite an email confirmation. My account was then locked without warning and customer support has offered no real solution. BTCC.COM is scammers that didn't allow u to earn funds and withdraw profit.

I have filed a lawsuit to revoke their licenses—FINTRAC MSB (Canada) M20713346, US MSB (FinCEN) 31000242296637, and EU FNTT 305950582—because these deceptive practices of partial payouts and arbitrary account blocks make BTCC.com completely untrustworthy.

Doesnt seem like a smart decision at all. They will accept your deposit, even send you a request to ensure that the money arrives in their hands quickly. However even after verification of your ID, binding your email, a bank statement, transaction numbers, the bankcard front & back, (re submitting ID & bank card photos in a different format) they are still denying any kind of withdrawl! Seriously unsettling. I called my bank, they wont even provide the info they are requiring? I have to go my bank and pay 5$ and it is still missing info to allow verification to access my money? They have not provided a solution, and just to cancel a transaction they require a 50$ USD fee, and then require the same unobtainable info from me to do anything at all! It offers benefits in the form of coupons to new users that are limited in what they can be used on and have no real value, and It holds all funds for a minimum of 24 hours, 72 if on a weekend! Im so unsatisfied with all of this! Canadians beware!

This site is a scam. The data is manipulated. The site glitches are manipulated. When you get into the green on a sizable trade the position will disappear. Trying to get control back you will refresh. After refresh you will be placed on a different chart that will still not show your position controls. Hit up the chat while this is happening. You will be told not to worry as it’s documented and you will be reimbursed. Yeah right! Your told for months there is no resolution yet. You will be updated later. After reaching out many times you will be told it’s your fault even though you had been promised compensation and told not to worry just let your account bust out it our fault we can see that. Nothing but lies and scams here for sure. They are also some how related to BITUNIX…… 100% verified scam! All positive reviews are 100% fraudulent!

First, I must say that Erik, the exchange operator, finally responded after my review on Trustpilot, and my case with him has been resolved for me. What Erik had to resolve due to technical issues was easy. Customer support still hasn't responded after my review on Trustpilot. However, I'm still waiting for a response to the "major problem with BTCC" that I described in detail. I am very open to have a conversation - I recommend to take this opportunitie.

I deposited 1000 XRP (~$2500) on BTCC Exchange on June 5th. The funds arrived on-chain and were confirmed as received by BTCC support . I even provided screenshots + video recording.

Their team validated my evidence, but then suddenly accused me of being a scammer and refused to credit my account unless I joined a video call. Even after following their instructions, showing all proof, and waiting 7+ days, my account is still not credited and they stopped replying.

If you value your money, DO NOT deposit on BTCC. They’re already known online for withholding funds and ignoring users I now it happened to me too.

I will keep posting this everywhere until they return my 1000 XRP. This is not resolved be careful.

People need to be very careful with this platform. They manipulate prices—there's a different price when you open a long or a short. They liquidate your entire balance even when you still have 40% margin left, and they always manage to hit the exact price against your position. You're not trading on the real market; you're trading against their own internal system, where they profit when you lose. Also, if you try to withdraw even $100 USDT, they will wipe out all your coupons and trading rewards from your account.

I sent a deposit, allegedly through an incorrect protocol. They found it and wanted me to send a CHECK for $50 so they could retrieve my $200 in bitcoin. When I pressed them for something in writing, they stopped responding. The company is allegedly based in the UK, so why a check? It was very suspicious, and though I am out $200 this reeks of scammer.

I’m just a regular girl trader. I run my own channel on Telegram and YouTube, and today I want to share how the BTCC exchange blocked my account and took my funds.

I was trading regular coins, doing nothing illegal or malicious. After completing a trade, I decided to withdraw my money — and the exchange blocked my account and stole my $3,500.

They said:
"Your actions have severely compromised the fair trading rights of other users on our platform and disrupted the overall trading order. As a result, any profits obtained through malicious activities will not be withdrawable."

But I didn’t violate any “fair trading rights” — I was simply opening long and short positions.
