Suspect timing of glitches/unresponsiveness
The BTCC exchange platform seems to be glitchy and unresponsive right at the most opportune time for them. It's locked up on me in the past when I'm leveraging and that liquidated me. And, just now the data and graph dissappeared right when I was about to make an important trade. When the lines/graph came back, it was a solid red bar and liquidation.
This platform is very suspect. I do not recommend utilizing it.

This is a scam
You CANNOT withdraw back to the US dollar. Fiat currency withdrawals are unavailable. Videos that claim to show you how to move your coins into a different wallet to withdraw are fishy. DO NOT deposit any money to this scam company.
I put $500 because it claimed that I can withdraw with 0 fees. I made a couple transactions and, after a loss of $20, I tried to withdraw. When looking for ways to withdraw, I came across many ai generated videos, articles and posts about how to withdraw money from BTCC, but it leads you in circles without no legit way to get cash back.

The algorithm is horrible
The algorithm is horrible. No matter if you short or buy long. The algorithm does the opposite, regardless of leverage or pattern. As soon as you buy, the algorithm will short it above your buy. And Vice a Versa. This company is rigged and highly manipulated.

BTCC WILL SCAM YOU INTO AN ACCOUNT LIQUIDATION!
I was directed to trade on their mobile application after experiencing difficulties with the website interface. The next day, my account was liquidated at a significantly higher share value than the Est liq price was showing me on trading dashboard. When I reported the problem I got the runaround. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I WAS LIQUIDATED at price per share that was significantly higher than the "Est liq. price". I was told that I should have been monitoring the FLP instead of the "Est liq. price", but thing funny is, the FLP is only located on the web interface and not on the mobile Apps dashboard.

The estimated liquidation price is influenced by factors such as your average opening price, lot size, account balance, used margin, and floating profit/loss. Please keep in mind that this is just an estimate. In contrast, the actual liquidation price is the real-time price at which your position is liquidated.
Since you increased the lot size after opening your position, the estimated liquidation price changed, which is why the actual price differs from the initial estimate you received.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can't provide detailed trade information here. However, we have sent you explanations of your liquidations via email, which you can refer to for more context.
