Kick me while I'm down
As i was the victim of a scam, BTC MArkets decided to kick me whilst I was down and block me from using any withdrawals of my own assets. essentially treating me like a child, or worse a criminal.
As such I have moved my finances to a new exchange. Hopefully they will treat more in a much more humane fashion.
I'm sure BTC markets will now write a response which i am powerless to respond to.

No hassle, sensible restrictions on balance were easy to change, MFA and checks on withdrawals and correct and profession documentation for tax time.

In the begining the appear to be so courteous and willing to assist you which is a facade and when you have issuies with their app. system they are not helpful at all and in addition to all this they have not refunded my money back, it's been an appalling experiences to go through this, they seem to be great at the start then once they hook you in line and sinker it's to late because they have your money, I have emailed them 15 times and after some time I received an automated computer generated email reply to say they will refund my money back between 2 to 3 days as they closed my account without no explanation at all because I only had just started with them and as I waited for this had checked by bank account but no refund reflecked my account yet and so I had emailed them back again to say it's now been 5 days and I have not received my refund back why?, after some time they had replied me back to say they will not refund me my money back without no reason, can you believe these miserable vaulches how they can get away with this ...
