UX is spot on, easy to use, glitch free, and support is willing to go the extra mile to explain crypto tech and how transfers work and fix things quickly when transfer go stray, pretty amazing in this day and age of incompetent customer service in most businesses

BTC Markets out perform the opposition
Your platform is very transparent to/for its users. In comparison to another big name, you offer much better value for money with real exchange rates (eg USDT to AUD) that reflect current world conditions. Other platforms clearly gouge their customers when trying to withdraw funds. Trading easy and straight forward - nothing hidden from view. Withdrawal facility excellent, easy to use and no gobbledygook to wade through to enact. Overall, a very good experience.
