Buchan Reviews 

Ordered the black baggy pants on 29/09/2024. order went trough and after a week I sent a mail to Buchan because the delivery time in Belgium is 2-4 days. on 06/10/2024 I sent the mail and they replied with that the pants weren't in stock which I was not happy about because they didn't send me a mail before I sent them one. On 07/10/2024 they sent me the mail that it wasn't in stock and they gave me a gift card of €90 while the pants was €80 which I don't find reasonable.

Fast shipping, was as it said, little expensive

First thing I ordered was nice, but then I ordered a shirt, not the quality i expected, with lose stitching and black wires showing on the logo. Contacted buchan about this and they just said “yeah that shouldnt happen”. No refund, no new shirt, just that it should not happen…

Buchan is really great, the clothes are of very good quality and fit great! After 4 days I already had my order at home! Fits a bit big, but I like that. I also love the community and the content they make! Thank you Elijah and the Buchan team <3 "ideas turned into physical form"

Don't bother. Bought some sunnies and they're cheap plastic, way too small. Emailed about a refund and got ghosted. Bad business practice esp, for online orders. Cashgrab scam. Out £20

the only thing that is a bit annoying is that it takes so long to get to me.
but for the rest everything is okay good fabric it fits well looks nice it is really nice.

I am trying all ways to contact you as a business and am getting no reply. I have spent £135 on a fleece. Only correspondence has been from Paypal to a different named account, no confirmation from you. Have emailed and DM on Insta. Nothing. I dont even have an order number to quote. I would just like a response - not much to ask.

Ordered last year then apparently the fleece was not in stock despite being told it had been despatched. Refunded and order a different colour, never arrived, waited weeks to be told they can’t now ship to the UK because of Brexit. Refunded again. Poor communication, a disgrace for a company - lie after lie. Poor customer service. Would never recommend

Absolutely atrocious, order still hasn’t arrived even tho it has been 17 days little contact to help situation and very poor responses to questions about order seen similar reviews like this Buchan really needs to sort this out. Very disappointed. Even tho the order hadn’t arrived they still had the audacity to send an email requesting a review so very disappointed

Order number #8230:
Ordered on the 17th of december, the initial delivery date of the 5th january was postponed multiple times. Still not shure if my order really ever was shipped, according to DPD it still sits in the netherlands. (Don't really know why)
Upon request DPD told me, that Buchan still hasn't given them the documents needed for customs process. It has been lying there for now 10 days with Buchan telling me DPD's at fault.
DPD told me now that the package will be returned to Buchan in the next days!!
Starting to believe that that whole store's a scam! No response from customer service. Wasted 148 euros on that fleece!!
Hoping it'll ever arrive, but winters nearly over anyways.

Update:
Since no one awnsered various inquiries at Buchan, DPD sent the fleece back to the sender. Don't know if I'll ever get my fleece.

Update 2:
They told me I could get a refund or they'd ship the jacket out again. That was more than 5days ago, and haven't gotten any response to my mail asking them to ship again.
What a disappiontment!!

I think buchan is an upcoming brand like Nike,Adidas,… They inspired me to make my OWN clothing brand. I love all the shoes and clothes they, when i wear it i feel like I’m about to be in a fashion show! I love Buchan!!!🔥🔥🔥
