It took a lot of time for the fleece to arrive, this can happen ofcourse. But for the fleece to have such bad quality after all the waiting time and more importantly the price!!! Is very disappointing. You pay €130 (incl shipping) for a fleece with a cheap plastic zipper dat doesn’t even zip well, parts of the fleece were the pattern is not filled in correctly and the fabric of the fleece part isn’t very soft and a cheap material overall. It was a very disappointing experience and I regret spending my money on it.

AMAZING BRAND
Buchan products are very high quality and beautiful. The designer is very attentive to the needs of his community, and that's a very good thing. The only negative point I have to say is that shipping time is a bit long, especially for Buchan Fleece. Despite this, I 100% recommend the brand !!!!

We had to wait a bit monger than expected due to the amount of order that came in, but they kept us posted about delivery so that was nice! The moment our order arrived, we unpacked and saw the amazing fleece.. it was a fleece for my son, they look so good and fit nice that I want one too😂😄 happy customer overhere!

Poor service
No delivery from an order in nov - just lots of generic stalling emails.
Will have to look to recover my losses via my bank.

Update it’s now 7 February - received an email to say delivery arrived at pick up point but dhl tracker saying otherwise!!! Can’t talk to anyone to resolve this. Still feel very frustrated. Contacted dhl and shipping code not recognised. Still not convinced this isn’t some sort of scam.
Update 13th feb - got the order at last. Waiting for son to open as a very late Christmas present for him!!! Had to pick up from DHL a pick up point as not sent to my home address as requested. Have had a email from support offering compensation! I’m just glad it over and wouldn’t be shopping there again.
