Hat was good quality and fits well. Really good value for money and the causes supported are great. Only issue was lack of communication about when it would arrive but it came fairly quickly.

The hat ordered was lovely but I did find the exact same hat on another site for much less moments after buying so requested that my order be cancelled (I'm on a tight budget). I had no response to this unfortunately and the item was shipped. The website claims that returns are easy but there were no return instructions in the parcel. I've tried the contact details on the website and again had no response. Items are lovely and shipped in a timely manner but cancellation and return requests are seemingly ignored. An overall poor experience in regards to customer service and communication.

Ordered a week ago, received this request to review, but item still hasn’t been shipped. So can’t really give a proper review?

Bought two frog bucket hats and they came in really good condition. The quality of material was also up to a high standard, worn mine twice, got a giggle out of my service users (I’m a carer) and people on the street.

I love my fluffy bucket hat! Quick delivery too.

The overall experience of purchasing went rather smoothly. I wasn’t told when the products were dispatched but they arrived within a week of when I first placed my order. The packaging was nice but one of my hats was flawed with stains on it. The other four, however, were perfectly fine.

Really quite pleased with the two hats I bought great quality for the price but wouldn’t have minded paying more for better quality and since my head is a bit large they’re slightly tight (would repurchase if the was a size increase… lmk)

These hats I love ,I have 4 summer ones and 2 fluffy ones for winter,they are very good quality received them pretty quick .will order again no doubt for more colours .

Still haven’t received my item...
Placed order and money was taken out of my account on 29th September and haven't heard anything else since. I have sent 3 emails asking for an update as my order was for a birthday present so doesn't look like it will be here in time!!!. Also sent messages via Instagram page and tried to call the number listed on their Facebook page but no reply. Looks like I'm going to have to speak to my bank and see if they can get me a refund...

Purchased a Hat which got lost in the post!! No shipping information or Communication from the company to say it had been dispatched and a delivery date. They only got in contact with me when I left a bad/truthful review and that’s when I found out that the hat had got (Lost) in the post a week later.The management should learn from this and keep paying customers up to date with information on deliveries weather they have been lost or delayed or out of stock. Apart from that the Hat was Excellent Quality my son loves it.
