Don’t order for the love of Jesus
Ordered early November and it’s now mid December.I commented under their newest Instagram post requesting to know what’s going on with my order and they deleted my comment💀 not to mention ignoring all my emails. Genuinely such a terrible company don’t give them your money guys I’ll probably never get my order lol.

Have I been scammed?
I received confirmation of my order on 23rd November. It's now 13th December and I have not received my order. I wouldn't mind a delay, bearing in mind current circumstances, but it's a shame I have had no reply to any of my emails asking for information. I'm really disappointed - I had plans for a substantial order but that's not happening now ☹

Missing order and no communication!
Ordered around 2 weeks ago and still not had any updates on delivery although the FAQ says delivery should be between 2-3 days. I have emailed customer service and messaged on instagram multiple times and got no answer. I understand delivery times can differ especially but service is shocking, would just be looking for a refund at this point if they ever answer.

Do not buy!!
Received 2 weeks after order was placed. They did not pay enough postage, so I had to pay another £1.50 on top to actually receive my item from the post office. Hat finally arrived and is quite nice, but very small.

Received my order quickly and love the hats BUT was sent an ordinary frog hat instead of a furry one. So paid more for this. NO REPLIES TO EMAILS. NO REFUND. NO ADVICEON RETURNS AND WRONG HAT. Very disappointed as would have bought again as great fun hats but feel conned.

Avoid this company
I didn't receive my order until 14 days after placing it. No reply to emails and to top it off they didn't pay enough postage! I had to pay to get my parcel. The hat in no way looks like the website one. It was a hat with letters on. The material was cut so haphazardly that the letters are not even whole so you can't make them out.
