I don't know how anyone can write a negative review. I ordered my hat on Monday morning and it came in the post on Tuesday. A quirky hat and fantastic service!!

I ordered a pink fluffy bucket hat before Christmas and I still haven’t received it or had any feedback

Terrible company! The bucket hat arrived as a Christmas present and though I wrote to the company twice to try and return, as the person didn't like it, it they never got back to me. Don't use this company. If you buy something and you don't like it you can't return it.

Absolutely rubbish correspondence, the hat arrived after Christmas, I kept on emailing them for the return address, before the 30 days was up.
Still no email back.
I will never purchase anything from this company, because if you want to send something back for a refund, forget it!

Never received the goods even after said it was delivered. Never received answers to my emails regarding the delivery of the goods.
Do I really need to add something to show how bad the customer service or the delivery of products are?
If you want to get bucket hats, go on amazon, you'll find the same ones, same quality but now you're sure to get the goods.

Paid for 3 hats but only received 2 of them

Similar to another customer, I’ve emailed three times asking for a refund but no replies. It says 'one size fits all'....yes, if you are under 4 years old! Do not buy! No customer service

I’ve tried 3 e mails asking for a refund label and no replies whatsoever. I wanted to return because of the poor quality. Still nothing after 5 days and you only allow 7 days which you pacifically ask customers to ask for a return label before any returns are excepted.

People must be getting paid to write reviews because there is no way this is a real company. Ordered in November and money has been taken out of my account, I got an email confirmation but no tracking updates. The tracking info doesn't work and I've not got my hat or any reply from customer services.

I wish I'd checked trust pilot before buying as loads of people seem to be having the same problem.

Very pleased with the bucket hat I bought for my daughter. Great value for money, both product and delivery prices. Decent delivery time also, especially during the current situation with lots of companies experiencing worker shortages due to covid. Fantastic customer service. Will Definitely be ordering from again. 5 ⭐️ Service all round

I ordered order #12799 which was a fluffy letter bucket hat on 19th December 2021. On the website it said for return, we should email you within seven days. However, when I emailed that I will like to start a return and get a refund on the 24th December 2021 (a day after I go the item), I have not gotten any reply. Also, there is no other way to contact apart from the email. I just want a refund and want to return the item, but no response.

Please read the reviews, I which I had, before I placed order, no communications, no delivery, now having to recover money through my credit card provider. Placed order just before Christmas, waited over a week, heard nothing, followed up, one line email saying goods had been despatched, week later still no goods, now having to recover the payment through credit card company

Quick delivery and website is easy to navigate. Products are true to representation too. Thanks!

Please google this company properly before even considering purchasing anything from them as they are a scam! They take your money and pretend they have shipped your order, but the tracking never updates because they haven't shipped anything.

I wish I had looked up the company properly as most other people have experienced the same issue and no one from the company replies.

Any of the positive reviews are clearly fake and written by the company to pretend it's legitimate when it isn't.

I will be looking up ways to report this fake company and getting my money back that I was cheated out of !
