ordered hat almost 2 weeks ago , no replies to emails , no replies to Facebook messenger , they are taking peoples money so the least they could do is keep customers up to date , never order off them again .

Delivery 2-3 days however 2 weeks later still no hat or tracking information despite my requests via email. Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue either..

Absolutely rubbish, ordered item, never arrived and didn’t reply to any of my e-mails …….

Ordered last Sunday. Iv had no correspondence at all. Iv emailed messaged on Facebook and even WhatsApp and had no reply.

Poor service item hasn’t arrived for a while, no update and no response when contacted.

I've been asked to review a product I'm going to have to cancel because after 8 days of my status being 'order placed' I'm no further forward in getting my goods. Even emailed the company to see if there would be an update. Maybe even ship my order but no one replied.

Placed an order on the 3rd of March and as of the 11th of March, the hat hasn't even been dispatched

I ordered from the website on 03/03/2022, I really liked the design and was excited to order it for an event the following week. I paid for fast shipping thinking it’s normally up to a week. There was no information about how long the shipping would take so I tried to contact and got no reply. I’m still not received and tracking email.

Pretty fast shipping, made two seperate orders on the same day (my bad) and they both came at the same time. Everything looks to be really well made, too!

Product still not received after 10 days. No replies to my emails. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I placed my order and was charged for it over a week ago and it still has not been dispatched. Customer service is shocking as I did not receive replies to any of my enquiries. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered my hat on Thursday 17th feb and still waiting for it to arrive (strange as delivery is usually speedy - it’s now Friday 25th Feb and no dispatch details). I’m sure when it eventually comes I’ll love it (as I did my last bucket hat)

My chosen hat has arrived.
It is of great quality, and it fits well although it didnt fit my partner as he was considering also getting one :( which was a shame, so one size clearly doesnt fit all.
So many designs to choose from though so I might even consider getting another.

I sent an email about returning a hat two days ago and they still haven't replied to it.

But other than that the hat arrived on time

Really good quality. I had looked at ones on Amazon that were a bit cheaper but glad I spent a little more. This hat has a good weight but best of all it has an adjustable band inside in case it’s too big. Nicely packaged and would buy from you again.

Prompt delivery and goid quality.

Ordering very simple, but product was not received. Had to send several emails over a period of days before getting a response. This led me to believe I had been scammed and caused some stress.
However, eventually did receive a very polite response and a replacement product. Cannot comment of the quality of which as it is a gift.
Such a shame that a seemingly easily resolvable problem had long delays and caused frustration.

Hats are great quality & just as appeared on the website. Tracking didn’t work on Royal Mail but they got here fine, if a little later than expected :)
