Same story as many others. Wish I'd read reviews first. Money taken, no hat, no correspondence from emails or messages. Avoid. Zero stars

It's annoying that you have to give them at least 1 star.... bought from them 2 months ago but no reply on any social media platform or email, no problem taking your money though

Do not buy from these scam artists!!
Purchased 2 weeks ago and have received nothing. I’ve sent them an email and a message through their website and had no reply. I’ve initiated a chargeback through my bank.
Just wish I had read the reviews on hear before buying.

Over a week has passed with no hat and no communication despite my enquiries. Do not use

Absolute joke Of a company, if it states in the FAQs page 2-3 working days for dispatch then stick to it, even with the fast delivery service I haven’t heard a single thing about delivery or dispatch since I ordered 7 days ago

Wish I had read trust pilot first but I was excited by how cool the hat looked. Feel a hit embarrassed now at getting so easily bumped.

No confirmation of delivery. No response to emails enquiring as to when I might expect to see my hat.

Absolutely do not use. Wish I'd just donated the cost of the hat to charity instead.

PLEASE AVOID, found same hat in local shop for 6.99. My order from this company took 13 days to arrive, no conformation of dispatch, they don't answer emails & the best bit, they didn't pay enough postage, I had to pay Royal Mail a further 1.50 before they would deliver. Complete rip off,PLEASE, go elsewhere, save money

If I could have given no stars , I would .
This company sent 2 bucket hats . One was ok , the second was very poor material . Not the ‘high quality cotton’ as described .
I’ve emailed to ask for a return address and return label , NO REPLY.
So I’ve opened a dispute case with PayPal and so far , PayPal have had no response from them .
I found mobile number on their Facebook page , I WhatsApp it , again NO REPLY and not even read the message .
Companies house reveals age of director , he was born in 1999.
No morals or respect for peoples money but a very nice looking house that is registered as company address !!
AVOID at all costs .

UPDATE:::
My PayPal case concluded with PayPal issuing a refund to me as they also had no reply from this company .

Awful quality hat, they replied immediately telling me how to return, at my cost still waiting for my refund, DO NOT USE THEM, cheap nasty quality product and con as dont refund

Ordered a hat from here money was taken immediately five days later zero communication regarding item dispatch.
Alarm bells began to ring therefore dug a little deeper.
Bad reviews I’ve sent emails regarding order with as of yet no response whatsoever.
Obviously if there are any positive updates I will alter this review.
However companies like this need bringing to account

i made an order from this website and changed my mind after reading these reviews. i emailed them asking to cancel my order (as this is the only way of contacting them) and heard no reply. couple of days later the hats arrive in the post, one was broken inside and had dirt inside it (so it looks like it's been used) and i believe the other is the child version since it was smaller on my head. (which is not what i ordered.) the hats are very overpriced for the quality too. i want to return them for a refund but i cannot get a hold of them, and have had to ask paypal to create a dispute so i can get my money back. they have not replied to it, so i am stuck waiting for paypal to decide to give me my money back with two hats i do not want. please avoid this website, unless you want to buy overpriced used bucket hats with no way to return them.

I’ve ordered from them twice now, absolutely love the hats! Great quality and reasonably priced.
However really poor customer service, I paid for ordinary shipping the first time and it took about a week (fair enough) ordered fast the next time and it arrived a week later sent second class … not sure what I paid the extra money for? Don’t supply it as an option if you’re not going to do it!
In addition to this no emails on dispatch, courier etc … it just arrives

Where is my hat? Pay your money and then no communication or confirmation of dispatch… falsely claims delivery in 2/3 working days on the site. I am still waiting after 2 weeks

Ordered June 2nd chased them up on the 9th and 12th of June via email and the website, nothing. This doesnt appear to be a "one off"case either. They cant even reply to the terrible reviews on Trustpilot. DO NOT order from these guys, they wont be around much longer if this is how they operate.

I ordered my hat thinking it would be quick delivery but I had no word from the company about tracking or anything. I contacted them 3 times during this period of waiting for it, just hoping to get an update but got nothing back in return. The hat eventually showed up one random day but I hadn't even been notified that it had been dispatched. After it came I was so underwhelmed with the whole process and the hat didn't have the same appeal so I requested a refund through email and when I heard nothing back, I reached out on Instagram, still with no response. I was trying to get this sorted as soon as possible as I'm going away for a while and won't be able to dispute it but may be forced to keep the hat now. Please try to avoid buying from here as the bare minimum of customer service isnt even being reached

Awful service!!!!! Ordered 5 hats for a stag do! The delivery said 2-3 working days! The parcel then arrived a week and half later, however only 3 were in the parcel!! Either the company can’t count to 5 or they were out of stock, either way I wasn’t informed! Then four and half weeks later, I finally received the remaining 2 hats but with also the charge of having to pay for the postal delivery of these 2 hats! Emailed the company no response! Asked for a refund when I received the first order, still no response! The company is clearly out of its depth with ordering more than 1 hat!

Ordered 2 hats for my son's birthday but still not received my order! No reply to messages, emails are rebounding and I've had to order another one through Amazon, so that he can have it for his birthday!! I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered.

Dreadful. Should be less than one. Ordered weeks ago. Nothing arrived. Have filled in contact form and sent separate email. No reply. They ' ve taken the money and not supplied the goods. Will report to Paypal standards.

Ordered the goods two weeks ago and they have not arrived. They don't reply to emails and would recommend you don't order from them. Reporting to Trading Standards.
