If I could give it a 0 star, trust I would. 2 weeks now since my order, nothing has arrived in the post. I have contacted their customer service twice and no reply.

I haven’t received my order and I ordered it two weeks ago

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 hats, neither turned up not answering emails or messages sent on social media. Absolute thieves! Avoid!!

I am still waiting for my order which has been over 10 days and have messaged them lots of times but no response 😕

Really easy to order with no problems, came within a few days in minimal packaging which is great - really good quality, can’t wait to start wearing mine. Only downside is they are just one size & the one I ordered for my partner doesn’t fit him! However saying that I messaged them & they came back to me advising on ones that are a bigger fit so hopefully when I order one they will fit!?

The large range of bucket hats to choose from is great and I can’t wait for mine to arrive, so that I can show it off around Brighton. If the quality is as good as it looks online, I’ll probably buy some different styles. Fingers crossed that it will arrive in the post tomorrow!

Order wasn’t delivered. Very disappointed.

A lovely sturdy design but disappointed as has bleach like markings over it. Was going to be given as a gift but unable to now.

Ordered a bucket hat for my brothers birthday gift , good quality product and reasonably priced.
There was a short delay with receiving the product due to Royal Mail so I emailed Laurence and I got a swift response every time.
Arrived just in time for birthday.

The best bucket hat purchase!

I ordered the frog bucket hat for my friend and the quality is so good, I’m even tempted to order my own! The customer service is amazing and I’m really pleased with my order.

I recently bought 3 bucket hats (Tory Scum, leopard print and Cookie Monster) for a festival and they came within a few days of placing the order :)) they look and feel great, the quality is so good and doesn’t feel cheap at all for the price. Will definitely buy again!!

Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company! Asked multiple times when my order would arrive, after no response to my emails I asked to cancel my order as I realised it wouldn’t turn up in time for the event I wanted it for.

Despite asking to cancel, the items were still sent out (days later, I should add).

So now they want me to pay the postage to return an order that shouldn’t have been sent!

The service is smooth and straightforward. The hat came in the correct time and perfect for the festival I’m heading to. Also noticing a lot of negative feedback comments, personally with my experience those comments are inaccurate. But overall no faults :)

Waited for 5 days rather than the 3 they promised but the hats are made of nice materials so that’s good. Just bought some more actually

Terrible company. Ordered a hat which should of been on a 2-3 day delivery, turn up over a week later but they’d sent completely the wrong item. Ignored all my 10+ communications. Had to raise a dispute via PayPal to get my refund and had to send back at my own cost as they also ignored my request for a returns label, so I’m still out of pocket as they have ignored my email requesting a refund for the returns postage. Why should I have to pay to return a item that 1. Was sent late so missed the occasion is was purchased for and 2. Was completely the wrong item. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

If you haven’t received your order:
Go to small claims court and pay the £35 fee to make a claim against them. When they respond to your claim ask them to refund you the delivery + the product + the court fee.
I got this resolved after months of them not replying to my emails. It’s a bit extreme, but the genuinely do not give a single SH 1T about your undelivered product.

I strongly suggest to read the posts about this company. I bought without checking them first. No hat recieved despite Fast delivery advertised. No responses to emails. Maybe paypal and credit card companies should block payments to the bucket of crap hat days company.

I thought I’d write a review as there are so many negative ones on here! I’ve just received my hat and I absolutely love it! Yes it took longer than stated for delivery, about a week in the end but it was worth the wait! Only negative is the lack of communication, would have been nice to have had a reply to my email enquiring where it was! Apart from that the hat is lovely and definitely worth the wait!
