We were lucky to have found Buckleys Building Surveys during our house-buying process.
Wayne was reliable and trustworthy. The survey report is thorough, ensuring you are well-informed about the property.
We had both Level 3 and Level 2 surveys done last year on two properties. One of the surveys flagged major issues with the first property, and regrettably, we had to walk away as a result of the survey.
It was not easy to walk away from a ‘dream’ property, but we are so glad we made that tough decision, as we ended up with a much better house.
The only thing I worry about now is Wayne becoming too busy for our future purchases.

I found Wayne took an approach that was different to what I had received by previous Surveyors. He called before my survey to see if I had any concerns, gave a call on the day after the survey to inform of his findings and once I had received the clear/detailed survey took the time to run through the same and answer all my questions.
