Wayne has conducted an RICS Lv 3 report for my property which is comprehensively written and easy to understand. The post-survey call is so effective and he explains all the details to help you understand the situation. He also responds quickly to my follow-up queries with patience.

Exceptional service from Buckley's, from start to end. Extremely efficient and friendly communication from the admin team, the opportunity to speak to Wayne by phone before and after the survey, and excellent, detailed reports. We ended up having a level 3 survey on a house which had various extensions, and Wayne was fantastic and generous with his time in helping us to understand the various items he'd highlighted. After that purchase fell through (nothing to do with the survey!), we had a level 2 survey on a more straightforward flat, with similarly excellent service.

Wayne is professional and personable, clearly extremely experienced, and we really felt he went above and beyond, not least by helping us not to waste money on a survey on a property he suspected might have building regs issues (he was right, and we saved ourselves a lot of time and money!).

For comparison's sake, last time I bought a property I used a well-reviewed large national company for a level 3 survey. There was no contact before the survey, particular things I'd requested the report cover weren't mentioned (and there was no communication beforehand to tell me that they wouldn't or couldn't be), and it proved impossible to speak to the actual surveyor after the report was issued, whether to clarify points or even to follow up on a glaring error in the report which added plenty of stress to the purchase for both me and the seller!

With that in mind, we will not hesitate to seek out Buckley's again when the time comes to move. We couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you so much!

Wayne conducted a Level 3 survey for the property I'm purchasing and I'm very pleased with the whole process. From the start, the communication was great, he was always easy to reach and responded to my calls and texts very quickly. The survey report was very thorough. Included in the service was a 1h post-survey call which I personally found very useful, because I could clarify any bits I was unsure about having read the report. I'd 100% recommend Wayne's services and I'd work with him again in the future.

Waye is a very responsive and professional surveyor. After carrying out the survey, a detailed and clear report with pictures available within a few days followed by a pro-long post survey conversation (sorry, I have too many questions in mind!). Wayne carried out a survey on a house that we were going to purchase and I have to say that he provided a thorough report highlighting everything that we needed to know for us to decide whether we went ahead with this property or not.
Based on the report and the post survey conversation that I had with Wayne - I feel that we avoided a lot of problems in the long run by not going ahead with the purchase.

Very helpful and professional. We had a very in dept and detailed survey of the property we were going to purchase. We had a discussion before the survey visit on what our main concerns were with the property, eg in our case the current heating system and an area of concern we had by the main door. Following the survey visit we received a very detailed survey report and also had a feedback session with Mr. Buckley on his survey.

We were very impressed with the whole process from booking the survey to receiving it. Wayne was very professional and provided us with an independent, indepth report.
