Support persisted with the issue until it was resolved
Rezwan provided great support for some major issues that we were experiencing with the BB App Plugin. Videos and images were not loading and playing, which degraded the app experience significantly. He stuck with it and, although it took a while to resolve, I was very happy that he continued to follow up with solutions until it was fixed.

I was experiencing an issue with the DM feature, and I was advised that “this issue may be caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin.”
Following that advice, I disabled the third-party plugin, and the problem was successfully resolved.

DFY did not deliver
I paid for the DFY service but there was no guidance on how to test the site, and no information to show how it was set up. Once we started trying to use it, we found that some of items that the team said they would set up were not ready to use and still needed a fair bit of technical work. We are 2 months into our own technical work to make the site usable. I don't think the DFY service was worth it.
