Great service and support

I've been using the buddyboss app for a while now and I'm very happy with it. Even when I run into problems, they resolve them very quickly.
I had a problem recently, and Sajib solved it very quickly.

Support persisted with the issue until it was resolved

Rezwan provided great support for some major issues that we were experiencing with the BB App Plugin. Videos and images were not loading and playing, which degraded the app experience significantly. He stuck with it and, although it took a while to resolve, I was very happy that he continued to follow up with solutions until it was fixed.

Hands-Down the Best Support Experience I’ve Had in 10+ Years

Their Customer Success Manager, Prabs B, spent nearly two hours live with me troubleshooting numerous challenges on my site and we resolved every single one. What would have taken 2–3 weeks of back-and-forth with a typical WordPress support team was handled in one focused session.

Never in my 10+ years of building on WordPress has a support agent walked me through issues live, step by step, with this level of patience, expertise, and ownership. This is how you WOW a customer.

It was resolved accurately

I was experiencing an issue with the DM feature, and I was advised that “this issue may be caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin.”
Following that advice, I disabled the third-party plugin, and the problem was successfully resolved.

DFY did not deliver

I paid for the DFY service but there was no guidance on how to test the site, and no information to show how it was set up. Once we started trying to use it, we found that some of items that the team said they would set up were not ready to use and still needed a fair bit of technical work. We are 2 months into our own technical work to make the site usable. I don't think the DFY service was worth it.

Good template/app and great support!

I've been using BuddyBoss (both WordPress theme and the App) for over a year now and it's been a positive experience most of the times. Even though things might break down from time to time, the BuddyBoss support is always there to help, especially Rezwan who always reply quickly and brings the best solutions.
