budgens Cricklewood NW2 lONDON. For la ong time now. Budgens have had issues with the till nont being adjuted to offers product prices..Budgens cricklewood have had since a long time issues with their till. when there is an offer price. Most of the time they do not issue receipts. so Budgens are making lots of money from their promotional products. The staff has been complaining about that but none of them have been saying nothing to the boss. and no mnager aounr so. Nothing is done about it. allowing customer to loose money. unfair trading ....eg: Flora butter is on offer at £2.25. payment at the till that lady took from me £3.29. Same for 16 rolls toilet paper currently on offer. Same lady charges us original price OVER £10. THE STAFF is not trained and ignore these offers so we are charged original price. after many complaints this budgens store. still keep ignoring the issues of non adjutement of the till to new offers This non adjustment prob of the till has been a problem for long. time charging promotional product as full price instead of offers price. ..Staff is untrained resulting to language and confict / arguments. that lady trying to defend her wrong doing raised her voice uncontrollably.

I was very upset for the staff in Budgen's Church Road Hove. The staff are so great but the shop itself is falling apart. Nothing seems to work. The electronics at the counter are often playing up and now even the radio has stopped working due to the laptop falling apart. One of the joys of going in Budgens was the cheery staff enjoying the music which often brings joy to everyone who visit. Who ever owns this store needs to do a serious revamp. It's a very busy shop and the expense of a laptop renewed and rewiring to the main speakers is not really alot...

2nd of Aug...untrained new worker with poor English unfortunately. No manager around most of the time. Unexpectedly and without reason or proof./ evidences. Openely and abruptely i was accused of stealing 2 apples.. i had a plastic container with 5 differents fruits which I bought elsewhere. this arrogant man at the till. was forcing me to pay something i bought prior to entering budgens store Cricklewood . unbelieveable. 2 times within 7 days, i also faced with weird attitudes from that same worker.. No managers around so these newbies act at times rather unappropriately due to lack of proper training. And left to manage that budgens themselves despite numerous issues. ...appauling and himuliating attitude.. Clients are verbaly victimised by such arrogance and false accusations. HEY COME ON GUYS...CHECK YOUR VIDEO CAMERA. !!!!!!!!!!! DISGRACE...NO ONE CARES IN THAT STORE...OR.ABIDE TO THE CODE OF CONDUCT COMPLIANCES

I tried to buy an apple that was listed as £1.99/kg. The clerk did not weigh it but typed in a fixed price of 35p. When I said, You haven’t weighed it,’ he said to a colleague, ‘Can you serve this lady, please?’ and walked away. I explained the situation to his colleague, and he weighed it but then typed in another fixed price, this time 54p. I went to check my receipt against the price on the shelf, only to discover that they had not sold it by weight. When I queried it, he said that he would refund my money. He refunded me £1.30 for a £1.29 shop and said that he was giving me the extra penny for my time.

BRUTON…. If I could give a 0 Star I would. Myself and my husband stopped on our motorbike to get fuel. I got off, took my lid off, walked inside the shop with my husband’s bank card ready to pay once he had finished… The woman behind the till Refused to release the button so he could fuel due to him having his lid still on!!! I was stood in front of her with payement card at hand…. How thick are they? My husband wasnt literally gonna ride off without me. The other assistant said it was the rules and it says at the pump. I can understand if it’s a biker on their own but I was inside the shop!!! Tesco have rules too but I have NEVER had any trouble whatsoever doing the exact same thing. Bloody job’s worth!!!!

Cashier was rude and spoke to me like she was doing me a massive favour, I asked her to put my change in the charity box when it stayed in the till I challenged her about and she replied "I haven't got time to do it now, I'll do it later, which leaves me wondering how much money has the charity lost out on to this shop, will boycott this store in future.

Ajay goes what's the difference so I have 2 explain ajay your hands might be dirty ajay was holding a can from the top where I put my lips 2 drink after serving me first ajay refused to give me the receipt when ajay did decide 2 hand over the receipt after asking it for second time ajay rao hand over the receipt and told me not to come again to 103 Wellington Road budgens branch such a rude and disrespecting staff

Budgens in Tufnell Park is actually a great local shop in terms of the breadth of products. But as a customer of 30 years who probably spends around 5k a year here, I do expect a thank you at the end of being served rather than a blank look. I am always polite, say hello and thanks, but there have been too many occasions where the staff have totally ignored me while serving me. After 30 years, tonight was my final visit.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I brought a pack of nurofen and when I got home the box was empty ...... only the leaflet inside the box. I paid around £4 for nothing. I called the store and they were so rude and told me that it was my problem!! I will NEVER use this store (Rowley Regis, West Midlands) or any other Budgens store again!!

Budgens Wendover carpark has had a pothole in the middle of their small parking area for years! Often you can't avoid it and end up with damage to your vehicle! More shallow dips have occurred around it. Will this ever be fixed?!

Bought a car for £18000 and 1 year later offered me £10400 the car was priced miles to high in first place I’ll never go back total rip off out for themselves not the customer

Budgens, Holt. Lovely clean store but prices are the most expensive I have ever come across. A cauliflower was being sold for over £3! Four baking potatoes for £2.25. I was only buying food for the first few days of our holiday and the bill was just over £95.00. That would be a weeks shopping ay my local supermarket, including wine!

Received a £100 parking fine through the post after stopping to wipe my car down after using the jetwash, raised it with the manager kelly of the wsm airport roundabout branch she was unhelpful and rude, refused to give me the name of her manager,spent the whole conversation trying to provoke me so that she could walk away....awful treatment of a customer who uses the site daily and spends £1000s a year there, wont be using again .

They are advertising 4 pints of milk for £1.49. But the bottles are only 2 litres (3.5pints)

Since when is it ok to sell rotten fruit? Bought kiwis today, one of pack of 4 was ok-ish. Rest soft, squishy and not edible. Whoever manages the shop should be fired. Really disappointing. Not the first time this happened!

Went into budgens for a drink on a hot day won't sugar coat it the price for anything in that store is a absolute rip off £3.69 for a red bull £6 for a meal deal £2.39 for a bag of crisps yeah I'll take my business elsewhere not paying over double the cost for a red bull when the RRP is only £1.69 I suggest you only shop here if you like wasting money
