The booking was so informative and easy to complete. I got my e-tickets quickly and I was able to print them off to use as a guide when we fly. The pricing was great as well which is so lovely!

Stay Away!
Budgetair Changed my dates after 3 weeks of booking my flight to a different date without giving me proper options to review saying actual date of return is no longer available and shortened my trip.
When approached through 24/7 chat team to ask help with it, every time was stuck with 3-4hrs waiting time just to chat with them and never received any help.
Contacted via email and received response only after 72hrs saying we can’t help you although there was same air carrier available the day i was asking my return to be changed to.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUDGET AIR! Stay away!!

CAREFULL: NO SOLUTION HAVE BEEN FOUND - REPPLY TO THEIR ANSWER IS FOLLOWING
Problem : I have been oblige to book an hotel myself as the flight had been rescheduled by the company and you both throw the ball to each other and propose a refund. I am going to see a fifa world cup match ith friends that come visit me. the hotel prices are high due to the world cup. I will never ever use budgetair again and will share it with everyone in my network. Shame as I take at least 20 flights a year.
Answer to their repply "Meanwhile, we see that you already accepted the new flight time." : OFF COURSE I HAVE TO ACCEPT IT WICH IS THE DAY BEFORE BY THE WAY! THAT WAS THE MAIN PROBLE THAT I HAVE SOLVED BY BOOKING AN NEW EXPENSIVE NIGHT OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE MISS THE MATCH!!!
