No notification that tickets would not…

No notification that tickets would not be issued for 4 days until after purchase. Then the free cancellation within 24 hours turns out to cost $150. Will tell everyone to avoid this company.

Everything was good until we were…

Everything was good until we were returning and my husband and my seats were switched without notice and could not sit together. Not ok.

I am happy with the pricing

I am happy with the pricing, but regarding the seat numbers, while other providers gave me the seat numbers, I didn't receive them from Budget Air. When I called the agency, they refused to give it to me and asked for an additional charge. However, I mentioned I don't want to select my spot but I want to have my seat number. Unfortunately, ly they didn't provide me with that. So I called the main airline and received it for free. It was really annoying.

I've been trying to connect with your…

I've been trying to connect with your customer service for 2 days, so far I'm not able to do so ... Even I tried your Chat service, but no luck. Every time I try, its says "more than 30 people waiting", and that never changes. So, horrible customer service, will not book with you again.
