My experience with this airline and booking service was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there were issues with communication, customer support, and the overall handling of the booking. When complications happened, no one provided proper help or clear solutions, which caused me to lose money and deal with unnecessary stress and frustration. I trusted this service for an important trip, but the experience was far from professional. I believe customers deserve better support, honesty, and responsibility when it comes to travel services.

I’d never book again
I’d never book again ! I had horrible customer service I booked a flight that doesn’t depart for 30 days and noticed when I got the ticket my last name was missing ! I called to have it fixed! They told me impossible to fix , book a new ticket and oh your tickets non refundable!
I’ll never ever book again and will caution anyone from booking this third party service

No notification that tickets would not…
No notification that tickets would not be issued for 4 days until after purchase. Then the free cancellation within 24 hours turns out to cost $150. Will tell everyone to avoid this company.
