Their refund policy is terrible
Their refund policy is terrible, and it’s not even theirs. They outsource it to another company and the agent told me there was no way of getting a refund until I told him I bought the refund/ticket change with my ticket and then they mentioned that they have nothing to do with refunds. I won’t be booking with them again.
