MY BOOKING REFERENCE BIN 22153597 I BOOKED FOR MYOUT BOUND JOURNEY FROM MANILA TO MPH ON 01.02.2026 AND RETURN FROM MPH TO MNL ON 04.02.2026 THEY COLLECTED RS23885 FOR BOTH THE JOURNEY .ISSUED TICKET ONLY FOR OUTBOUND JOURNEY AND INFORMING THAT THEY WILL RETURN RS9885 . WHEN I BOOKED FOR RETURN TICKET ,HOW THEY CAN BOOK ONE WAY TICKET. ONE WAY TICKET IS ALWAYS COSTLIER AND THEY SHOULD HAVE CONACTED ME BEFORE CHANGING IT TO ONEWAY TICKET . I MYSELF BOOKED RETURN TICKET AND INCURRED LOSS OF AROUND RS 7000 . MOST UNETHICAL AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE BY BUDGET AIR

Fraud !!! Selected business class on the first page and they issues economy class ticket. Charged me service change on cancellation and taking 10 days to refund the amount. Ridiculous.

I think the booking process was very transparent and intuitive. I was a bit skeptical at first, but everything was good.

First of all you took 24 hrs to send the return e ticket.Normally all other agents instantly send the out bound and all in bound tickets.
Secondly today I got the message that my luggage booking failed due to technical issues.If it is a regular feature don't take the bookings and put us in trouble.And also refund the money for luggage booking immediately,not 8-10 days so that we can directly pay the airline and do our booking.
Really disappointed with your service.

Worst agent i have ever seen they showed me different ticket and booked me a different one ill not recommend at all

There is no customer care service number available on website. If anyone need quick assistance then their chat boot service show 9minta it take 20-25 mint to get back. It’s very bad Budgetair website. The price the shown on website is different they didn’t included basics things once you start booking then they will separate charges for each services.

BAD WEBSITE.MAKING NAME BUDGET AND WANT EXTRA MONEY.BOGUS

I was initially skeptical after completing my booking because it mentioned that the tickets would take up to 96 hours to be issued. After seeing that message, I read the reviews and noticed that many of them were not very positive. However, none of those concerns materialized. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I will definitely purchase tickets from BudgetAir.in again.

The booking experience was smooth. Did not face any glitches.

The airline suspended the New years eve flight and BudgetAir only wants to refund one way. I dont need the ticket now that i got suspended the flight going there. I need the FULL REFUND and they are not responding.

Booking of air tickets with Budgetair.in has been very easy, fast and competitive.

I got tickets real cheap. I didn't need any customer service so I prefer the cheaper option
