No toll free or other wise contact…

No toll free or other wise contact number for india based customer was available.
Secondly, even after the lapse of 72 hour I did not get the confirmation message or Email ( through an e ticket ) on my phone number and / Email.

Poor experience, pure regret

Right after booking tickets, we get to see that we will get tickets issued in 4 days. How cam you expect a traveller to wait 4 days for confirmation. This is absurd.
Next, if you want to speak with an executive for your booking, they have given AI support and if you are lucky, you can get an agent for chat. No phone support at all. I will better go with other websites which are more customer friendly.
