It has been a nightmare booking my flight with them!

I regret it , The airlines cancelled my flight and have asked to provide a full refund to me, however even after providing multiple confirmations in fact even a public conformation from the Airline on their official twitter handle ,BudgetAir keeps messing around & lying to me & rejecting my refund , by straight out lying that Airlines have denied!

This is Robbery!!
This is not only un-ethical , its straight up illegal & a Clear violation of Consumer right & DGCA Compliance!

You guys charged me more..some currency forex charges. I ended up paying extra. Plus poor service. I got the ticket after few hours. Don't recommend!
Disappointed and regretting my decision to book from you!

I was not allowed to board the flight, i didn't even have baggage check-in, i was at the airport excatly 1hour before the departure time, i was on the counter at 6:40PM!! There were still 10mins but your staff was try to authenticate but it couldn't had to buy 2tickets from counter for 41k!!!! It was my visa appointment couldn't miss it and I'm still unable to login using the booking number and email ID. Also agter paying they dropped an email stating if they can confirm the availability. It takes 4workjng days. I RECEIVED MY TICKETS ON! Kindly do not book from here

Easy steps for booking , mentioning clearly whats included / excluded in the fare

Wait time to connect is approx 1 hr. I lost my Rs. 65000 even after cancelling my flight tickets on time . After giving my repeatedconsent to cancel my Tickets the site got into buffering zone and the customer service dint even bother to mail us and take final confirmation to cancel the tickets.

Awesome experience

Luggage was excluded and I did not at the time of booking otherwise I would have not booked. I try to cancel my ticket and there is no option.
