Wrong banner printed!!! Delivery Late
When placing order for banner I couldn't stress enough to them that we needed the banner for the following Thursday. They assured me it would DEFINATELY be despatched on the Wednesday for delivery on Thursday which would have been perfect. On Friday I received a phonecall saying they had printed the wrong banner and they had realised this so they were advising me that it would be correctly printed and would it be ok for delivery on the following Monday. I said NO as our exhibition was on the Saturday so they arranged for delivery DEFINATELY BEFORE 10 am on the SATURDAY. Unfortunately it did arrive on the Saturday but at 11.25 am - which was too late for the exhibition. !! The finished banner was decent enough quality but if you want a banner for a specific time they are definitely NOT RELIABLE.

We have to hold our hands up to the mistake of printing the wrong banner, unfortunately human errors are made occasionally but I sincerely apologise that it happened to you.
We were hoping that the reprint would have been with you in time but as we use a 3rd party carrier we do but our faith in them to deliver when they state, so they have let us both down by the fact that they did not adhere to the pre-10am delivery we had requested.

Designed and ordered on the QT to launch a new high profile project. The banner when unveiled took the heads attention away from the cricket for several seconds.....result....job safe for another month or so!

I had a problem uploading my artwork amd transaction online so i emailed for help. They telephoned me and gave me step by step support. The product came within days and the quality far exceeded what I was expecting for the price I paid. Excellent service.
