Returned but no refund.
I ordered 25 headphones but unfortunately the job i bought them for we didn't require them anymore. There is a returns policy and i returned the headphones unopened and in original packaging.
There started a long process of emails! i paid postage to return the headphones to the postage addess as speciied by the company. Still waiting for my refund since March 2023. I've emailed and called but no refund. I really don't understand why they have a returns policy if they don't want to refund.
