Excellent service and good customer service.

Great price and inclusive cover for glass.

Policy gives me all the cover required and saved about £60 on my renewal elsewhere therefore giving me breakdown cover for free!

I would like to understand why I am having to continue paying to insure a car that I scrapped because I cannot cancel the policy without paying for the remaining cover for the year. Our car was scrapped 1 month after renewal. I will never use Budget Insurance again. I have returned to a company that does not have such small print.

In my experience Budget gave me the lowest price for good cover.

Competitively priced, full documentation available, easy-to-navigate web site, straightforward process, and real live people to talk to if necessary.
HOWEVER you're foced into automatic renewal and a Continuous Payment Authority on your card, which you then have to go back and ask to cancel once the policy is active. If one had the choice to opt in or opt out at the time of purchase, I'd've given it 5 stars.
Remains to be seen what they're like if one ever needs to make a claim.

Perfect Customer service , very professional and understanding. Gave me a quote and sorted the insurance quickly and at the right price for me, on my new EV Car, including New for old in the first year. Customer service awful,all the agents I spoke to were foreign and could not understand not helpful at all 2 agents put the phone down on me wen I asked to speak to a manager... issued not resolved disgusting Customer service do not recommend this company stay away folks

Following leaving this review I was contacted by Vicki service recovery representative who left me a voicmail (as i was unavailable at that time and advised me they would contact me later)
This was due to this negative review, I was called later by a lady called Leanne, I explained the situation and let her know about the 9 emails and 2 text messages I received following taking out the insurance policy baisicly harassing ME over 7 days, and the agent who I spoke with who were just not listening to me accusing me of providing inaccurate and misleading information, leanne was really appolagetic by how I had been treated and put things right thank god for people like her she righted all the wrongs and even gave me a gesture of good will deposit to my bank for my bad experience with budget so I give this lady 5 STARS for her help and I finally feel confident going ahead with Budget , thank you LEANNE

During a policy we changed cars. The revised monthly payment for the new car was double what was available from comparison sites, on a like-for-like basis.
When cancelling the policy, they applied 105 GBP of charges to cancel. Whilst asking for a manager to review this, we were hung up on. Will never use this company again

Budget is something to do with Lloyds. When my renewal came up there was a 33% increase and then my renewal got cancelled and I was informed that this had been a mistake and Budget would take over. I am not really sure who they are but I have been given cover. I will look to change next year.

Website very easy to use. Very reasonable quote.

I cancelled my policy as wouldn't insure my new car, I paid cancellation fee etc, a month later they took another payment by direct debit, I spoke to a representative and they said the money was owed, but I'd already paid on the day of cancellation, there now refusing to pay it back. I would not recommend this insurance company.
