This sewer actually told me because I left a negative review that stated I was going to dispute with my bank they had a package mid-shipment returned to sender and stated I would need to actually FILE a dispute to get my money back. This is a true story. I did file a dispute and anyone wanting to do business with hateful children.....Buds is a great place for you.

Found an item I was looking to purchase at a good price

I just bought a gun from Buds, it was a Kel-Tec PR-3AT .380. The 1st day I got it I loaded the ammo with the push clips, chamber a round and it jammed, and really difficult to remove the rounds. It was the same issue when I loaded the rounds manually. I have reached out
to buds and told them what had happen and they said because I fired the pistol, I would have to reach out to Kel-tech. I told them twice that I had not even fired it, or brought it to the range. I just wanted to return it, or even would except a store credit. Then they went silent and will not respond.

Friendly customer service, very professional and helpful. Answered all of my questions, made recommendations to help improve my purchase.

Buying a firearm ; be it rifle or pistol from BUDS is very easy. No hassles whatsoever. Get this I reside in New York - a BLUE state.

Easy to view website. Every product is described very detailed. I love the payment options. This is my 2nd purchase from Buds Gun Shop. Stay in business and continue with the wonderful payment options and possibly include more payment options like allowing payments with Klarna if possible.

This wasn’t my first purchase from Buds but it will be the last. Purchased a PKK online. The PPK has many variants, The PPK, PPKS, PPKS SD and PPK SD and these come in different calibers. I was looking at a few and had a couple in my cart to compare and made a purchase. When I got the email for the order I noticed I had ordered the PPK SD not the PPKS SD as I wanted. That was my bad and an honest mistake. I looked through the website and only found phone numbers to call and email address if there are problems. I ordered this at night, the very next morning I called to see if I can make a change at 9am when they open. The order had not even hit my credit card yet and there is no way it processed on their end. After half an hour of calling I finally got a person. I explained I ordered the wrong variant and wanted to correct my order to a PPKS SD that was the exact same price. They came back with it’s a 15% charge. Okay, that’s a lot of money for a tiny mistake. I said no, and explained it was an honest mistake and they came back at me with 10% charge to change it. I still thought no way… I told them just to ship it as ordered. Now I’m hoping I’m one of the people who wrote bad reviews that got their order canceled for no reason. I will probably get blacklisted from Buds for writing this review but that’s fine. I won’t make another purchase there again. When you are spending close to $1000 bucks on something you should get what you want. Customer service is there to fix mistakes and make sure the customer has an enjoyable buying experience. I did not get that from Buds. Had it already shipped I would be like sure… I get it. The guy had my order up online looking at it and still wanted me to pay to change it before it had even processed. It would have been nothing to them to do that real fast and make me a happy camper but they wanted my money. Obviously they didn’t want my repeat business.
